"You have to promise me that our child will be loved and protected she needs to know that you'll be there for her. Love her as you once loved me. Promise me?" "I promise love but I will not give up on you our daughter needs a mother she's gonna need you. "I'm sorry but your gonna need to step back they are going to try to get the baby out unharmed", said Rebekah. I looked around to see Vanessa laying on a stone and Bonnie and Elena about to help Vanessa deliver our child.

Minutes passed and I couldn't stand when my love would scream. Scream after scream I decided to stand by her. As she held my hand tighter I would try me best not to yelp in pain for she did have a strong grip on me. I looked up to see the cry of an innocent baby. "Its a girl, just like you said", whispered Elena. As they gave the baby to me I tilted it to show Vanessa. "Victoria". And like that she drew her last breath and died.

Present

Waking up from the nightmare that happened I tried to catch my breath. Replaying what happened I tried to tell myself it was only a dream nothing is going to happen to my daughter. Wait daughter, could the nightmare I had be a warning or a sign. Whatever it was I wasn't going to lose anyone.

Walking downstairs I saw everyone with maps and flashlights, weapons, camping bags. "So I guess we're going somewhere"? "Yes we are, Stefan, Damon, Elena, Bonnie,and Rebekah". "I'm sorry is there a reason I'm not going". "This is family and friends plus we have all the help we have, would've had more but Scott, Derrick, and Rianna have their own problems to take care of. "What makes you think I have no relationship with your daughter". Castiel stood there thinking looking around. "Fine you can go but only because your my daughters friend". "Now what makes you think I'm your daughters friend"? "What do you mean. In the corner of my eye I saw Damon sighing as if her forgot to tell Castiel that Vanessa was pregnant and who the father was. Damon took Castiel by the arm to tell him. He told him a low voice where no one could hear him. When he was done Castiel grabbed Damon by the neck tossing him against the wall. He then looked at me sending me a death glare, but I wasn't afraid of him. "We leave in ten minutes", was all he said before walking away. I went towards Damon and asked, "I guess the talk didn't go well". He just looked at me as if his back was still in pain, I simply smirked at him while he to walked off.

The woods(Rebekah pov)

"Do you think we'll run into any danger". "By danger do you mean, bugs, snakes,and animals then yes I think we will run into danger",Elena said. "I think we should have left you home". "Please I regret coming here".

Maybe bringing a human was a bad idea. She'll slow us down. The only reason we are in the woods is to get a weapon that can kill Silas but its was buried with him. Hopefully he forgot it and will make this easier than its gonna be. "The sun is falling we'll have to rest here tonight", Castiel said. "Finally", I heard Elena mumble.

Klaus pov
It was dark and quite. The only sound was the fire burning. We all sat around like little kids. Damon sat next to Elena and Bonnie, while Rebekah and Stefan were in the tent. Slowly everyone was going to bed so I decided to take the first watch.

"Victoria". Like that she drew her last breath and died. I was shook out of my thought when I heard a town break. I turned to see it was no one other than Castiel. "Sorry to scare you". "You didn't scare me".

"Is it true"? "What is"? "That you're the farther of my great grandchild. "Yes it is". Knowing where this was going I guess you could say I was now a little bit scared. "How did you react when she told you"? I didn't answer right away in fact I didn't want to disappoint him but if I lied the truth has a way of coming out. "The truth is....your daughter never told me, you see before she left with Silas we came back to mystic falls and she got home first well when I got there her lips we already on someone else's. I was broken devastated so I left,then of course the next day my sister told me what happened".

Nun of us said a word. In my case I felt like I already disappointed most people. "I'm not going to judge or anything I just think you should have fought for what you wanted instead of letting someone take her away." We jumped when we heard someone scream. Everyone got out of their tents to see what was going on. "Who screamed"? "Did someone get hurt"? We heard it again but this time it was close.

"Well, well this is a surprise to see you all. I do hope you haven't came on this journey to stop me because its a waist of your time, literally if I were you I'd spend the time with all my loved ones. I turned to see Silas leaning on a tree. "No we didn't come to stop you we just came to camp",I heard Stefan say. "Go home or we will kill you",he said. "We?",I questioned. "Oh right I forgot to introduce you to my daughter Vanessa, sweetie come here.

There she was. She didn't look nothing like herself. She was wearing all black and her hair looks like it hasn't been brushed in days, but the thing that caught my attention was her eyes. They were black. Pure evil. "Vanessa oh my god what has he done to you" I heard Castiel say. I heard Bonnie trying to cast a spell or something but I guess Silas knew because the next thing that happened was Bonnie being choked. Stefan and Damon tried to help while me and everyone else to get Vanessa.

Rebekah charged at Vanessa but failed when she tossed fire around her trapping her. It left me and Castiel. Castiel brought his wings out and Vanessa did the same. Whatever happened in the sky it didn't last long for Castiel was falling. I ran catching him. I looked up to see Vanessa right in front of me.

"Love I don't know what he did to you but he's tricking you, you have to stop this. "What the hell is love?" Next thing I knew she pined me against the tree. As much as I wanted to fight back she was carrying our daughter. "You won't kill me I know you won't, I know there's still good in you just have to fight it for me for our daughter. Just like that she dropped me but she fell to her knees. It looked like she was trying to fight the evil, she looked at me and I saw her eyes, but they were different. One was black and the other was brown, it must mean that she's fighting back. "Come baby come back to me, we can fight this darkness together please Vanessa I know your in there. I jumped back when I heard an evil laugh. It was coming from her, her eyes were back to being black. "There's no way your dear Vanessa is gonna win she lost and so will you. I tried to grab her but i ripped her shirt and the next thing I knew I was stabbed and then tossed towards a tree. I heard someone screaming but it was too late darkness fell upon me.
