Chapter 16

Grace's Pov.
I hate how Alexis got to her first. I text her three time and she didn't answer. I swear!! I decided I'm going to call her this morning. She better answer.
G- Hi Love!
R- Hi.
G- What's u up to?
R- Well you just woke me up. So.. Nothing... What about you?
G- I'm sorry babe!! I just wanted to talk to you.
R- It's cool!
G- Want to go to Garden today with me?
R- Sure totally that would be fun!!
G- Okay can you pick me up then! At 11
R- Yeah okay see you then bye! I love you my kitty!!
G- I love you too babe!! Bye
I was getting ready to go. I got dress. I decided to wear shorts and my plaid shirt and my cheer shoes. I curled my hair and did a light coat of makeup. I looked at the clock and it was 10:30. I then sat down since I have half and hour left and begin to update my book.
Rosa's Pov.
I got a call from Grace. She asked if I wanted to go to Garden with her today. Of course I said yes!! Well after I told her bye I started to get ready. I decided to wear my shorts , my plaid shirt, and white shoes. I curled my hair and did a light coat of makeup. It was now 10:45. I grabbed my purse, phone, and keys and left to go get Grace. Once I got to her house I honked the truck. She then got in the truck and looked at me " Nice outfit" she said when I turn the car on " Oh thanks" I said and looked at her and said " Omg we are wearing the same thing and we didn't even plain in. Even are hair is the same." We started to laugh. I love when this happens. We were heading to Garden. I turned on the radio and our favorite song came on. We then began to sing along. Stressed out
I wish I found some better sounds no one's ever heard,
I wish I had a better voice that sang some better words,
I wish I found some chords in an order that is new,
I wish I didn't have to rhyme every time I sang,
I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink,
But now I'm insecure and I care what people think.

Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young,
How come I'm never able to identify where it's coming from,
I'd make a candle out of it if I ever found it,
Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I'd probably only sell one,
It'd be to my brother, 'cause we have the same nose,
Same clothes homegrown a stone's throw from a creek we used to roam,
But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered,
Out of student loans and treehouse homes we all would take the latter.

When our momma sang us to sleep but now we're stressed out.
We used to play pretend, give each other different names,
We would build a rocket ship and then we'd fly it far away,
Used to dream of outer space but now they're laughing at our face,
Saying, "wake up, you need to make money."

Time Past.
When we got to Garden we went and ate. After we went to the zoo. Then we went to some stores and got some things. After we just drove around. I looked at the clock it was now 8:30. Wow this day went fast. I drove us home and it was complete silence. Grace was staying the night at my house. Once we got there we went in the house and sat on the sofa. We watched a movie on the tv. After it was time to go to bed. It was fun hanging with her today. Sometime it's good to just be with her. We went to my room and got some pillows and blankets. We laid it on the ground for the both of us. I decided to sleep on the floor with her. We got in some shorts and tank tops and went to lay down. I began to think. I love her so much. She is my best friend. I can't imagine my life without her. I remember how we use to do this all time when we were little. I turned to her and smiled then said " Just like old times !" She smiled and said "Yeah just like old times."
Okay guys that's it for this chapter. Yeah I decided to make it all about Grace and Rosa. Also it's true!!! In real life Grace is my best friend and I love her lots!!
