"I can't believe you kissed that girl" I said.
"I didn't mean it, she kissed me first!" John said with a loud voice.
"But you kissed back!" I yelled even louder.
"I am so sorry Lily" He said with his head down.
"Well how do I know you won't do this again"
"I don't know" He said
"Exactly, I think we need to take a break" I said while my face was at the ground fiddling with my fingers. I was tearing up, I couldn't bring myself to look at him.
"Ok do you want to get some frozen yogurt" He said.
"No I mean a break from us" I said.
He looked down and said "Ok, let me know when you change your mind about us." He walked out into the hallway and looked back his eyes looked heartbroken.
Later that night I was crying, I couldn't believe he would break my heart like that. Then I thought how his eyes looked so calm and heartbroken. When I woke up it was the start of a new day.
