One kiss
Taste the vodka on her lips
the smell of smoke on her skin
rub your hands on her body
feel the scars slightly raised on her wrists
look into her emerald green eyes
see the pain she hides with lies
kiss every scar on her skin
one by one
You tell her no matter what I still think you're beautiful
If only you could see the beauty I see
You'd know you don't deserve this
and you'd see you're not broken just bent,
waiting for the person to help fix you
I wanna be that person
the one who helps you through all of it
the one who shows you that you are lovable
the one who shows you that in the end it'll all be worth it.
Author's Note: This is dedicated to my amazing girlfriend. Stay strong sweetheart and know I'm always here.❤️
