For My Family (MikaYuu)

Part 1: Urges (Mikaela Hyakuya)

Mikaela Hyakuya walked into Queen Krul's room as she requested. She had business to discuss with him, bloody business.

"Come, sit. As you know, I would like to speak to you about your feeding situation. Still living off of my blood?" Krul asked, sitting in her thrown with a look of boredom on her face.

Her short legs were spread out and her head tilted eagerly. She held up a wine glass filled with human blood, the smell filled Mika's body and his urges grew even stronger. Krul tipped the glass over slightly, letting a few drops hit Mika's clothes.

He looked down and grabbed his stomach as the hunger crawled at him. All he wanted to do was snatch the glass out of the Queen's hand and drink it all, but he remembered he couldn't, it would make him a monster.

Krul had kept up with his constant struggle and began to pity him. It was her fault he was this way, but annoyance filled her as she thought of how stronger he would be if he drank some human blood.

"You know, you would make a good addition to my army if you drank some human blood Mika..." Krul said growing impatient. A stern look grew on her face as another glass of human blood was given to her. "Drink." She said firmly giving him the glass.

Mika couldn't, he wouldn't. He thought of Yuu, what would he think of him if he became a monster like them? Then the memory of the humans helping Yuu flooded his mind, anger filling him. Yuu was family, he was more than family, he had to save him he couldn't do this, he had to resist.

He smacked the glass away from him, which tumbled to the floor and shattered. Fresh blood stained the carpets which made the smell of blood even stronger. Mikaela stood up and stormed out of Queen Krul's room, slamming the large doors behind him.

He stopped and fell to the ground in pain. His hunger was growing worse and so were his urges. The only thing that was keeping him sane was the thought of Yuu. Everything was for him.

"I'm going to save you, Yuu..." He whispered to himself and sat up, clenching his rumbling stomach. He closed his eyes and remembered his childhood with Yuu. Slowly the pain went away.
