It is 12am and you have been out all day, filming with Marcus. You told Joe not to wait up for you because it was obvious that you would be back late.
You quietly walk through the door, the lights are on but it is silent throughout the flat. Maybe Joe forgot to turn the lights off when he went to bed?
You walk into the kitchen to make yourself a drink and as you look over to the sofa in the front room you chuckle to yourself.
Joe is asleep on the sofa in a really awkward position with his laptop and phone on his stomach. This is too cute but you don't want him to get a bad back so you gently shake him. That doesn't seem to do anything so you put the laptop on the coffee table and sit on him. He stirs but doesn't wake up so you attack his face with kisses.
He opens his eyes and catches your face in his hands to stop you from kissing his face. "Y/N, you're home! I missed you! I tried to stay up for you but I must have fallen asleep." He laughs and you give him a final kiss before getting off of him.
"I missed you too. Now let's go downstairs because I don't want you to get a bad back from laying like that!"You say with a giggle, helping him get up.
You both get into bed and cuddle.
After a while you fall asleep in each others arms.
