The Procrastinated Gift

I went into HOT TOPIC with a smile on my face. There were only a few half asleep employees and really no other customers. So I walked in and started to head toward the back where the t-shirts are when someone ran into me. "Hey!" I whisper yelled since I don't want to be yelled at by angry employees from ruining their slumber. "S-Sorr-- Hey Katelyn~" Travis stamered. "T-TRAVIS?!" I whispered in angry confusion. "Travis! What. Are. You. Doing. Here?" "In search of my angel.~" I sighed, crossed my arms and gave him a look of annoyance. Travis sighed "I'm getting a birthday gift for you. . ." I just raised an eyebrow. Travis said it as if defeated. He stuck his hands up, "H-Hey, I'm just telling the truth here!" I sighed and rolled my eyes then started to walk off. "Hey where are you going?" I smirked, "Well if you actually loved me you would've 1.) known what I want and 2.) wouldn't procrastinate my gift," I joked, and walked off.

Katelyn walked off smirking. Was she joking? She probably was but I didn't care, she was right. I shouldn't have procrastinated her gift and how am I struggling to know what to get her?! I sighed while looking down at my feet in shame. I looked at the entrance of HOT TOPIC to notice an all white store with jewelry. It was called. . . I looked up. . . "Icing" hmm. I walked in. It looked even more white if that's even possible. Once I was in I realized that Katelyn doesn't like jewelry. I pushed that aside, she'll have to get used to jewelry to wear my wedding ring because my feelings for her are real.
I walked around until I found a charm bracelet with a big sapphire and a charm that was just perfect. At least. . . . . I hope. I decided that it was a 68% possibility that she'll like it. I took that chance and bought it.
