Blueberry's POV
I sit in my room, staring at the ceiling. I have a silly thought, I know it won't work, but, it'll make me feel better. I start to write a letter to no one in particular asking for help. If anything, It was more like begging. I sign the letter and smile. To my surprise the ink starts to fly off the page, combining into one blob like shape. This shape quickly turns into a skeleton like shape. Then finally, turns into a version of me that appears to have a large brush tied onto his back.
"You called?" he asks me. I for some reason don't feel so shocked. "I need help, alternate version of me." I tell him. I scratch my head, "What can I call you?" i ask. He smirks at this. "Call me Ink." He says floating down to the ground. "What do you need help with, Sans?" he asks me, slowly moving forward, him being on the other side of the room and all. "I... Want to see someone again...." I say, not sure quite how to phrase it. "Who?" he asks, he looks slightly concerned for some reason. "I wanna see a monster who goes by the name of Error." I answer. My eyes are filled with hope, can he take me back?
Ink steps back a bit, looking shocked before relaxing. "I don't think we have the same "Error" in mind, can you draw what he looks like?" he asks me. I nod, and take out another piece of paper and a pencil. I draw it somewhat sloppily, being in a hurry. But, you could still tell I was drawing Error. I turn around and hold up my drawing. His face goes white.
"Surely you don't want to see this... abomination!" he says, sounding angry at the word abomination. I just frown and nod. "He... forced me to come back here, saying that he didn't want to hurt me." I say, looking down at my shoes. "I'll do whatever it takes to see him again!" I say, my face full of hope and passion for my cause. Ink looks at me, shocked. "He... let you go?" he says, unsure of what I'm saying. I nod, smiling faintly. "He really cares about me..." I say, feeling like I'm about to cry.
Ink seems not to believe me. "That... Monster could never care about someone!" he exclaims. I just look at him, my eyes saying my words before I even spoke. "Everyone deserves a second chance, everyone can care about someone, everyone can..." I pause looking to the side, before looking back at him. "Everyone can love someone." I finish.
He seems even more surprised by my answer. "Surely... you can't mean..." I just nod. "How is this possible?" he whispers to himself. "I need to go back, please help me ink." I ask, my voice sounding sad. "I don't think I can live without him..." I say. Ink looks at me, "I created you to be honest, true, and a good person... you aren't lying are you?" he asks me.
He... created me? I feel a little shocked, but it kinda makes since. The destroyer of AUs is a version of me, and so is the creator. "If you created me... doesn't that kinda make you like a god? Can't you just.... Look inside my head and see if I'm telling the truth?" I ask. He just sighs and shakes his head. "No, Sans, it sadly isn't that simple... But knowing you, once you have made up your mind, nothing can stop you can it?" he asks me, smiling faintly. I nod. "Heh... thought so..." he continues.
Ink holds his hand out to me, "Better get you back then, if that's what you really want." he says. I take his hand and say "It is." Ink snaps his fingers, and we're there. I see Error. I let go of his hand so fast and run over to him. His face is covered by his knees, crying. "Error!" I cry out to him, tears rolling down my face. "Blue?" he asks, unsure if it's really me.
"You're not real, go away..." he whimpers. I stop dead. He.... doesn't think I'm real? I don't understand... Has he been... imagining me here? Oh god Error, you poor thing. He hides his face behind his knees. "You're not real..." He whispers
But, I'm going to prove him wrong.
