~Raine's POV~

Master is already asleep at his own desk. I was about to go when master suddenly grab my wrist. I looked at him and he looked half asleep... he looked rather familiar... why is it? I then put his arms around my shoulders carrying him towards his room. I layed him there and as I did my head started to hurt again. Every f*cking time. I sat at the side of his bed holding my head. Tch...

"Where are you going?!"

"Renner-san! We should save him"

"But..."

"Come on!"

He grab the girl's wrist and started to run. They took the path towards the forest as they heard the people's wrath.

"Nee, gray-kun... who are those?"

"I don't know... let's just get going"

"Well, well... so you're the girl"

The boy then glared at the person infront of them as the girl hid behind him. I have no idea, but I just stood staring at the scene infront of me. Slowly I remembered... this... was the time... we were been caught... so.. this girl... is me? I stare at the girl hiding behind the boy.. even if she was hiding her eyes were glaring. Yes.. I used to have black hair... blue green eyes... I used to be a different person before... what happened?

"When I signal you to run... run" he whispered at the girl...

Yes... I guess... Now I remember...

*start of flashback*

As gray-kun faced the person infront of us... he kept on and on chattering.

"Just give me the girl and I'll let you live" the person infront of us said. We couldn't see his face because of the hood he wore.

"No!" Gray-kun started to signal and I move backwards thinking twice in running... I quickly grab gray-kun's hand and started to run.

"Oi! I said you'll run" he told me and I told him

"Iie... we'll be able to escape and fight him together" I told him with a smile that made him smile too.

We started running distracting him... gray kept using his ice magic as... well.. I don't really have any magic aside from gray-kun started teaching me... I'm still not good at it. We hid behind a tree huffing.

"Did we lost him?" Gray-kun asked

"I-" before I could reply I suddenly blockout.

The next thing I knew is... I'm at another place... there is a girl wimping beside me that I didn't recognize... my whole body is in terrible pain.

I saw another one... a boy... he seemed to be unconscious.. tied up.. full of scars... wounds... and beside him... gray... gray-kun?!

I started shouting, but nothing seemed to come... I tried again but nothing... then I saw a woman came in... she smirled at me then... stepped at gray-kun as he shouted in pain and she grab his hair raising him

"Gah!"

"No!" I finally shouted

"Ehhh... so... I have a question for you" she started

I stared at her pleading not to hurt him.

"Your parents are the black..." she asked
