Keeping Up

Rachel's pov:
Even though my new relationship with Finn was kind of sudden, I was really happy. Now he knew how I felt about him and i wouldn't have to act like I didn't care about whatever he did. I get dressed for school. On my way to school I felt butterflies in my stomach just thinking about Finn waiting for me At school. How will people react??

As I enter the school I notice everyone's stares. So I guess Finn told someone or someone figured it out. Oh well...

I continue to walk to my Locker and get my stuff out. As I close my locker there's somebody behind it waiting.

"Hey girlfriend " Finn greets with a grin.

"Really?" I ask laughing a little.

"What? What's so funny?" He asks getting the things from my arms and walking me to my class.

"The way you said hey girlfriend, " I simply said and he laughs. "And wait.." I say as we stand in front of my classroom. "How do you know i have this class?".

"I just do. And that's what boyfriends are supposed to know right? " he asked shrugging his shoulders.

"I guess they do" i say getting my things from his arms.

"Okay well bye princess" he said giving my cheek a small peck and leaves. So far so good I think...

Finns pov
"Stop acting like the victim!" I yell.

"I am the victim! Don't you see it Finn? She's going to break your heart the way you broke mine!" Quinn yells back.

"How is Rachel supposed to do that whenever she feels like nobody wants her?!" I yell back.

"Because sooner or later she's going to realize that you're no longer her dream! She's going to wake up and just simply think, 'There's more for me out there than here..''. Why can't you see it? " She says with anger and sadness in her voice.

"Because it's not true! She wouldn't leave me like that! And you're just saying that because I broke up with you for her" I say and she slightly shakes her head.

"Fine. I warned you. I'm not going to be like those people that tell you not to crawl back to them if something happens... I'll prove to you that I'm not saying this because we broke up. If she breaks your heart, I'm here.... Just don't ever say I never told you that she'd throw anyone under the bus just to get what she wants..." Quinn said walking away.

This whole fight started when everyone knew about me and Rachel. She came up to me and asked to speak to me so we went out into the football field.

I honestly don't think Rachel would throw me under the bus.. But unfortunately a part of me knows that she probably will...

...

Now it's lunch time and we went to get our lunch. I say next to Rachel and Kurt and they started talking about Broadway and stuff like that. I was starting to doze off until I heard a certain part of the conversation.

"I feel like if I sing Barbra songs I can beat that other girl in the singing competition, what's her name? Avery?" Rachel asked.

"Yes, but don't you think you're being too harsh on them?" Kurt asked.

"Too harsh? I've been nothing but gentle with them! If they think I'm being 'too harsh' wait until they reach the business" Rachel said, then laughed. "That's if they get in it."

I know Rachel really doesn't have cruelty in her. That's just how she is. She tells you straight up and she's
completely honest. Quinn has no idea what's she talking about.

Sorry for the short chapter that's all I could come up with for tonight but I promise that either tomorrow or the day after another chapter will be up.
