Chapter 3- Rumors

*Brandon's P.O.V*

The next morning I wake up and text Jake about everything last night.

*Texts between Brandon and Jake*

Brandon- Jake, you will never believe what happen

It took about 10 minutes until Jake finally responded,

Jake- Yeah? What happen?

Brandon- So last night idk what happen but I was on the Ferris Wheel with Mackenzie at the fair and I kinda felt bad for her since she looked so scared so I hugged her and I think..

Jake- BRUH! 

Brandon- Yeah you kinda get the point. I think I have feelings for her now idk why but i mean i have hugged her in the past but it was different this time. Please don't tell anyone at school.

Jake-  Chill, I won't tell anyone. gtg see you at school bye.

I had a feeling Jake would say something around school about this. Thank god my mother is considering homeschooling me really soon.

*Mackenzie's P.O.V*

Once I got to school I saw some over my friends over by the cafeteria. We were pretty popular in school. All of my friends had a crush on Brandon, well mostly every girl had a crush on him. It was kinda weird but didn't bother me to much. My friends and I waited until the bell rang to get to our homeroom. Chelsea and Amelia were in my homeroom as well which I was happy about since they were also good friends of mine. Then as I go into homeroom everyone was talking about Brandon. Again. 4 girls in homeroom came up to me to tell me that Brandon likes me. It annoyed me so much! It started to go around school but I pretty much ignored it. 

*Walking home from school*

"Mackenzie!" Brandon screamed running up to me. "You didn't wait for me!" 

"Sorry, " I exclaimed "I didn't know where you were."

Brandon looked very  happy. "So even though its may, and almost then end of the school year, but I'm starting online school tomorrow!" I was happy for Brandon but my friends are going to be pretty upset.

"What about all your girlfriends?" I said playing around. He gave me a dirty look then laughed.

"Shut up!" He screamed after laughing. He knows I was kidding, besides he doesn't even have a crush. Well that's what he told me. I really wanted to tell him about the thing going around school but I feel that would make our friendship awkward, so I didn't bring it up.

"What are we going to do today?" I asked.

*Brandon's P.O.V*

I paused for a second. The fair was still open but I would feel weird going back to the fair. But I guess I should suggest it.

"Maybe the fair again?" I asked laughing.

"Yeah!" Mackenzie said with a smile.

We both go home to get ready. I put on a Volcom shirt with some shorts and my grey vans. I do my hair and I look at the time. It's already 5:30! I had to go to Mackenzie's house to pick here up so we could walk to the fair. This time Hunter and Lyndsey weren't going with us but going out with some friends. It is Friday! That means we can stay even longer. But that made me think, The Ferris Wheel.

*Mackenzie's P.O.V*

I am wearing a cute shirt with a flannel around my waist and some jean leggings. I thought I looked nice so I took a selfie (The selfie in the picture) and went outside to meet Brando.
