Edme's Nightmare

-Time Skip-

After the byrrgis and breakfast, which was caribou, we came to the den to find Faolan, Edme, and all five pups fast asleep. I chuckle as Banja's pup, Creakle, squirmed in his sleep. Coryn, next to me, trotted in carrying a caribou thigh he snuck for Faolan, Edme, and the pups.

As soon as he dropped the meat he stated the obvious," By Lupus! I swear no one could EVER out-sleep Faolan!"

At this Edme startled us howling," No! No! Not Aliac! Take--" Her cries ended as she realized where she was and that all the pups were safe. She did wake up Heep and Creakle.

Hearing the noise Banja sauntered in laughing really hard.

In time all the pups woke and Faolan still asleep. Edme, Myrr, and Maudie were eating their fill. Soon enough Faolan woke and ate the rest. He gobbled his food like he hadn't eaten for days.

We all had taken a nap at Banja's den. I woke in time to put the pups to sleep. I woke the other three, for Faolan, Edme, and their pups had left. Coryn got up reluctantly and padded to our den at the end of the hill. There we fell asleep again. Muadie and Myrr snuggled together next to Coryn.
