"How is this happening?!" Eren cried. "This is Levi we're watching. Levi. He's won every single battle he's ever fought. And now he's practically surrendering to the titan!"
"What do you mean?" I cried. "He wouldn't do that!"
"But he's not even moving!"
Levi stood, emotionless in the titan's grasp, not making a single move, as if he was making a death wish. Just what did he think he was doing?"
"Levi!" I cried. "Fight! Y-you can't die now! W-we're counting on you!"
Levi yelled something in response, but he was so high off the ground that I couldn't make out his words.
"What the hell has gotten into him?!" Mikasa snapped. "This is not like him at all."
Ironically, this was the moment where Levi finally made his first move. After kicking his way out of the titan's hand, Levi climbed up onto its shoulder, and readied his 3D maneuver gear. Levi positioned his sharp knife in the middle of the titan's neck (the weak spot) and with one hard thrust, the titan was out cold. The gigantic humanoid crashed to the ground with a large thump, causing grains of sand to rise into the air.
"My God!" Eren explained. "We've got to find the captain and make sure that he is not injured!"
"I'll take care of this," I said confidently and walked away, not paying any attention to my friends responses.
I walked slowly under the cluster of trees, and gazed at the dead titan's body. Like most titans, this one was slightly out of proportion, with large hips and stomach. It's skin was red and a pool of blood leaked out from where it's neck had been stabbed.
"Levi?" I said nervously. But there was no response. "Levi?" I said again. Still no response. "Levi!" I yelled louder. By now I was getting worried and panic rose in my body. Tears began to roll down my cheeks as I noticed my captain lying unconscious under the titan's right arm.
"L-Levi," I sobbed as collapsed on my knees, trying to catch my breath. I struggled to lift up the titan's massive arm, and threw it onto it's stomach. Suddenly I heard a gasp that was followed by a coughing fit.
"L-Levi?" I said in surprise. "You're alive!"
"Of course I'm alive brat," Levi sat up and brushed the sand off of his clothing. He was probably going to be cleaning for hours when we got back to the house. "I just couldn't breathe with that giant arm on my throat."
"You gave us all quite a scare there," I said. "Why did you wait so long to fight?"
"I had to fool the titan, you idiot. What did you think I was doing?"
"Tch," I said and rolled my eyes teasingly. Now this was the Levi that I knew.
"Quit copying me brat. That's my line."
"Hahahaha," I laughed. "Is that also an obsession of yours?"
"No!" Levi sounded annoyed.
"I was kidding silly," I said. "Now tell me, what are your other obsessions?" I said calmly. I figured that now was a good time to share personal stuff.
"You," Levi growled, and with a mischievous grin, he pushed me to the ground and planted a passionate kiss on my lips.
