Chapter 6- sams POV

I look over my shoulder to see Kylie concentrating on the road, she's only going around 95 miles per hour, this is pretty slow for us winchesters but we need to be able to slow down quickly incase the police come, we can't afford to waste anytime escaping from jail

" how do you feel with dad being back?" I ask breaking the silence.

It takes her a while to answer but she finally does, " alright," she replies with her one word answer.

" ky, what is up with you?" I asked getting the real question out.

" just this job this life... All this stress bundled onto our shoulders, come on sammy let's face it, the 3 of us have never had a real life," she says trying to be strong on the outside because I can see how broken not just her, but all of us has become.

" I know...." I say as she cuts me off as she picks up her speed a bit more.

" when I told dad i thought there was something under my bed or in my cupboard... He gave me a loaded shotgun!" She shouts slamming her fiats down on the steering wheel.

" maybe he was just trying to protect you?"

" Sam, I was 5 years old! He was supposed to tell me nothing was there," Kylie said putting her foot right down and probably going another 20 miles faster than we were already going.

" sorry," she whispers as I shake me head.

" don't apologise! We all need to let it go at some point."

Suddenly dean signalled his car to go left and Kylie did the same and we were came to a sign post saying road closed, deans and Kylie parted their cars side by side and opened the windows so we Gould speak to each other while we were inside the cars.

" will we just go and turn back of the road is really that bad?" I say as I look at dad who doesn't look impressed with something.

" is something wrong?" Dean asks him as he points to the sign.

" that's not your everyday road sign, something is wrong with That," dad says as he pulls out his phone as we all look at him confused.

" what are you doing? " Kylie asks looking over my shoulder as we see dad type something In to google.

" I'm sure they have road sighs that look different," i say as he shakes his head.

" I'm not typing in fucking road signs into google you idiot," he says as he presses search as google maps comes up.

" kids this must be a trap," dad says as all three of us are confused, How did he know this?

" okay... Well what are we going to then?" Dean asks as dad looks at him and smiles.

" we are going to go into the trap, but in a smart way," he answered with a grin on his face.

" that makes no sense but okay?" I say as Kylie and dean look suspicious.

" okay ehhh, Kylie, can you drive up that road and me and Sam and dean will go the long way and get them at the other side," dad says as Kylie cuts him off.

" you want me to go straight into the trap alone?"

" dad did you just forget kylies name?" Sam asks as dad Shakes his head, " no Kylie it's not a trap, the trap is the long way, that's why this road is closed off."

" oh okay," she says as she grabs her keys from her pocket.

" see you guys on the other side then," she says as she goes into her car and drives right past the road closed sign.

" so what do you think is trying to trick us then?" Dean asks as the three of us get into the impala and he starts the engine.

" spirits? " dad says, but I'm starting to get a strange feeling about this, why did he split the three of us up from Kylie?

" dad what the hell is going on?" I say as dean speeds down the road as dad suddenly looks at me then dean as he speaks out.

" I'm not dad."

"What??" Dean shouts as dad blinks and his eyes turn yellow.

" your the yellow eyes demon possessing dad you killed mum!" I shout as drams car stops as dean lunges onto the demon as he laughs.

" God haven't you two forgotten I've just led your little sister into a trap? " the demon laughs as dean stops and looks at me as suddenly the demon disappears and dean turns rounds the car and starts going full speed to that closed road to go find Kylie and I move into the front seat and put my seat belt on.
