Holly's POV
I'm at school trying to explain to everyone what happened through the tears. But they just come out faster when I think of it... Oh no there's Davon... I hid my face I didn't want him to see me like this. During second hour he put his hand on my shoulder. I don't have feelings for him that's to fast.
I went home early. School's too much for me.
Davon's POV
What's wrong with Holly? God. I wish I could take all her pain away. If only I could help her and make her feel loved. More loved than Jon makes her feel.
Holly's POV
I ran over to Aubrey's house after school. She was the only one who could make me feel better right now.
Aubrey's POV
"It's gonna be ok. He was a dick anyway no one likes little dick feel better about that."
"Haha. Well I like that little dick. I liked him a lot."
"Yeah I know. But hey you like Davon right? I'm pretty sure he likes you too."
"No. I don't like Davon. It's too early and he's to hot to like someone like me."
"Stop saying that. You're flawless."
"Not to Jon..."

During the week we made poems that we had to read.... Today.... I was freaking out because I was still upset about Jon but I started playing it off.
Davon read my poem to the class, I read his❤️. I started to realize that I've had feelings for Davon the whole time. Even while I was dating Jon. I just didn't want to believe it. But now I knew.
Day of homecoming
So we had to march in the homecoming parade. When the parade was over I got a text from Tyler.
"Soooo guess what."
"What's up?"
"Davon likes you fam"
"OMG REALLY."
"Yeah he said you're cute."
"Oh... That doesn't mean he likes me."
"Yes it does he told me he did."
"Ok thank you so much"
Omg. I can't believe he likes me. I kinda feel like a dick though, Jon and I broke up like what? Three days ago? Whatever.
"Holly!" My friend Kayla shouted at me.
"What"
"Zac is coming here with a poster to ask you to homecoming."
FUCK. Zac is my ex. I broke his heart and now he won't stop trying to get me back. I think I need a plan.
"What should I do?" I asked
"I don't know. Just tell him no." Kayla replied
"I think I have an idea."
I texted Davon, "Hey can you help me with something?"
"Yeah. Sure."
"Ok so Zac is coming to ask me to homecoming and I don't wanna go with him, can you help me?"
"Yeah I'll be right there."
OK ok so Davon's coming over. I'm freaking out but pretty excited. I see him walking over and waved to him to show him where I'm at.
"Ok so Zac's almost here. With a sign..."
*Zac walks up with a sign in his hand that says "I'll smile like the joker if you go to homecoming with me" (batman is my favorite)
I was just starring at him not saying a word.
"She doesn't wanna go with you dude." Davon said
"I'm sorry. I just don't like you like that. I haven't in a long time. Ever since you cheated on me..."
He walked always disappointed. But I didn't really feel bad.
Aubrey's POV
Hmmmm... Now that we know they like each other I gotta do something about it... "DAVON! Come over here!"
"What?"
"You like Holly right?"
"Yeah I guess...?"
"Well she likes you, and you should ask her to homecoming."
"What oml no I can't. I would but I couldn't ask."
"Ok. Watch. HOLLY DO YOU WANNA GO TO HOMECOMING WITH DAVON?!"
She turned a round all embarrassed. I thought it was funny.
"Uhh sure"
"GREAT! You two are going together"
Davon got up and went back to his friends.
Holly's POV
"HOLLY DO YOU WANNA GO TO HOMECOMING WITH DAVON?!"
I turned around very slowly and kind of embarrassed "uhh sure" I said shyly
Afterwards Davon got up and left and the game was soon over.

Davon:
When are you going?
Me:
I'm getting ready right now I should be there soon.
Davon:
Ok lol today was kinda funny and unexpected
Me:
Oh yeah it was. Well I'll see you there I gotta go take pics.
Davon:
Ok
I was in a light green dress with diamonds on the top and had silver sparkly high heels. I was still the shortest though...
