Reminder:
1)Take care of yourself first. No matter what you think, you are your biggest priority and you're all that matters at the end of the day.2) End toxic relationships. No matter if they're romantic relationships, friendships, or even family members, toxic people are no good for you. They only bring you down.
3) Focus on yourself. Do what makes you happy. If you want that new shirt, buy it. If you want that extra cupcake, eat it. Like I said before, you're the most important thing.
4) Don't allow negative thoughts to fill up your brain. You don't need bad thoughts dragging you down. There's enough negativity out there in the world, you don't need to create your own.
5) Your mental health comes before anything. If you have a six page essay due the next day, but you're so physically and mentally exhausted that you can't focus and you're on the edge of breaking down, walk away from the paper, treat yourself, and relax. Sure, you might get a bad grade, but you were there for yourself and you made sure you were alright.
The last thing, don't be afraid to stick up for yourself. People are always going to try and give you less than what you deserve. Know your worth. If you think something is wrong or you don't have the best feeling about something, say something and speak up. Don't let it eat you. Know you're special and know you deserve the best.
