4-Talk to me

Cameron's POV
Me and the guys were at the beach and it seems like everyone is having fun. Of course I'm the one who came up with the idea of coming here.

I just felt like we all needed a break, and that's exactly why we're on vacation in the first place. But that's just one of the reasons. I wanted to spend time with Aaron. Yes he's close friends with Hayes and I understand that friends talk.

But why can't Aaron talk to me? I'm pretty sure that whatever he tells Hayes, he can tell me also. What is he keeping from me?

I don't even know what I'm feeling.

I asked him if he wanted to build a sandcastle with me because I wanted to use the time to talk to him.

But he's not talking to me. I mean yeah, I asked him to build a sandcastle with me but I didn't ask to build it silently.

I decided to start a conversation. "Where do you want to eat after this?"
Aaron looked up at me. "Umm.." I waited for an answer. "Chipotle" Aaron answered.

What do I ask now? I never knew this could be so hard.

Aaron's POV
Why am I so awkward?! Cameron just asked me where I wanted to eat. I answered chipotle because chipotle is freaking delicious. Just like Cameron. And I didn't say anything after that so it's just awkward silence.

I never knew talking could be so hard.

We were almost done with our sandcastle when Nash came in and body slammed our castle.

"Every castle needs a sexy king." Nash said while he laid on what used to be our sand castle. Cameron should be my sexy king. I thought.

"I'm hungry, where are we going to eat?" Nash asked

"Aaron wants chipotle" Cameron said.

"I also want to go shopping." I didn't even know what I wanted to buy,but there's some shops near us. I just wanted to spend time with Cameron.

I really need to know if he feels the same way. And I need to spend more time with him. He probably doesn't feel the same way,but there's always hope.

"What are you going to buy?" Cameron asked. I don't want to buy anything,I just want to spend time with you. I thought to myself.

Think of something,think Aaron,think. "Sunglasses,I'm going to buy sunglasses."

"Oh,okay" Cameron said. Oh okay? Is that ALL YoU hAvE tO sAy CaMerON?!

"So when are we leaving?" I looked down and saw Nash looking up at me. I almost forgot he was there.

"Um, Cameron when are we going?"

"I don't know,you're the one who wants to buy stuff."

"But when should we leave the beach?"

"I don't know"

"Cameron,I will cut you."

"Okay,okay let's leave at 11:30."

"What time is it now?"

"I don't know."

"Ugh,you guys are so weird." Nash said. How does he stay so quiet? This time, I actually forgot he was here. He got up and started walking to where our bags were. "Are we weird?" Cameron asked.
