I walked down the street, my hair lifting from the strong breeze, I stopped in front of a tornado with a an angry face.
"Tornado Emily! Please stop! I know some people made you angry from calling you names because all you do is protect us, but this isn't right!" I called, my yellow and black headphones around my neck. Tornado Emily just shakes it head, meaning its face moved. It came towards me. I closed my eyes to be sucked up by it. I didn't scream, this is my destiny. I flew to the west, I felt little pain in my back and my wings sprouted like a flower and I flapped then. I flew to the ground and my wings faded away.
"Hello!?" I called, I then saw a boy. I ran towards him.
"Hello, may you tell me where I am?" I asked, he looked up at me and smiled.
"You my dear visitor are in The Night Wish Valley, where you go to the waterfall at night and make your wish."
I slammed my journal closed and sighed. That what happened when I came here. I was lost ever since that tornado threw me this way, I didn't want to show my wings so I kept them hidden, since that day I have got a wooden house and lived in it, I was about, 10 years old then, I am now 18. I have been thinking about my wish from that waterfall ever since that boy, he turned out to be the leader and the protector of this valley. His name was Tyler. Well, I think I have made a wish. Constantly, battle erupts every two weeks. They say this is the last battle, it's a life and death battle. I was a part of it. I was going to wish for a power that is strong for this battle. I slowly got up from my chair and walked to the door, I opened it up and a strong breeze hit my face. I smiled and walked out, closing the door behind me. I walked towards Tyler's house, only he knows about the path to the Wishing Water. I knocked on his door and waited for him to open the door. After a mintue or two, he opened the door. His hair was messy, must of just woke up.
"Yes, Lyric?" He asked slowly, scratching his head.
"I was hoping you could take me to the Wishing Water, I have made my wish." He blinked with surprise.
"Oh, really? That's great. Come in and I'll get you some water with a muffin." He opened the door wider and I walked in. I walked to the couch and sat down. He left to the kitchen and ten mintues later he came back. He pass me my blueberry muffin and water and want up to his room. I drank the water and put it on his coffee table, ripping a piece of muffin off, putting it in my mouth. i slowly chewed it then swallowed it down, ripping another piece off. I then heard Tyler come down. I was about to eat the last piece of my muffin only to for it to be taken out of my hand. I looked up to see Tyler smile and plop it in his mouth. I narrow my eyes.
"Really, did you really have to eat my muffin." I said. He nodded.
"Yep, now come on. It's going to be night time and it's a long way there." I nodded and got up, grabbing my water. He walked out the house and started on the rocky path. I leaped down the stairs and followed him.
We continued down the rocky path to be faced by hundreds of butterflies.
I wrote in my journal. What? I ran to my house and grabbed it without him knowing? So, what he doesn't know won't hurt him. I held my journal close to me.
"We are here," He paused and looks at the sky. "The moon is almost at the right spot, then you can make your wish." I nodded and leaped off the rock we were standing on and walked to the sparkling moonlight waterfall. I sat down and looked at him. He nodded and I stared at the water.
"Oh great Wishing Water, when I drink your water make my wish come true. I wish to have a power to help defeat the war coming up so no one gets hurt." I made my hand look like a cup and put it in the water, pulling it out and sipping the water in it. I swallowed the water down and I got up. I walked to Tyler.
