I walked down the halls as the students parted like the red sea. My hips were swinging back and forth and I had a big smirk on my face.
The flashes of our red and black uniforms blinded my eyes as I searched for one particular place. The principal's office.
I walked in as a guy held the door open for me, I didn't forget to thank him of course. I slightly nodded my head as I passed him and I walked up to the desk where Ms. Nest was taking a business call. I pointed to the principal's door and she smiled and nodded. She pressed a red button which signaled for me to go in.
I walked in, "Mrs. Campbell? You wanted to see me?" I asked and she looked up from her stack of papers she was skimming through.
"Ah, Ms.Caper, please take a seat. I have something important to inform you of." Her posh sounding voice had trails of a British accent from her growing up in England. She moved to New York when she was only 17.
...We have very personal conversations while we have our monthly tea....
I took a seat on one of the leather arm chairs that has been placed right in front of her desk and crossed my legs. "So, we've been informed that many of our students still are lacking the right amount of credits to graduate." She starts and I firmly nod my head. "As student body president, you are to be on top of any problems that threaten the education of your peers. But you are also supposed to be on top of your own grades and etiquette as well Ms.Caper."
I knitted my eyebrows together in confusion as she takes out a file with my name on it. She opens it to the first page and flips before she finds a piece of paper.
"Now, I know it's only the beginning of the school year but I am still quite surprised that you aren't well above everyone yet. Right now, you are standing at a B+ in Arithmetics, Physics, and P.E. You are the most advanced student in this school and I expect to see all A's. We have higher expectations for you and we expect you to set them." I nod to everything she's saying but deep down inside, I'm actually shocked.
B? In math? But that's one of my best subjects! Physics? I dominate in that! P.E? I am moderately fit which lets me maintain my A.
Why am I getting B's?
I bite my lip nervously as I look up at Ms.Campbell continues to lecture me about keeping my image pristine. "But I have a way to help the seniors." She adds on which makes me snap into reality. I look up to her and she looked deep into my eyes."For the year long senior project, ou will be doing video diaries to televise your senior year."

I nodded my head as they gasped i shock. "You got a B in Math? Are you high?" Mindy asked me in her usual snobby high pitched voice when she's in disbelief.
"It's okay baby, we all make mistakes." Ashton rubbed my shoulder soothingly while kissing my temple. Ladies and gentlemen, here is my amazing boyfriend, Ashton. Not only is he captain of the soccer team; but he is also the son of one of the richest men in New York. I mean, I am too but not many girls can say that her an her boyfriend come from the same roots.
I sighed dreamily, "Guys, it doesn't matter because in a week or two, everything will be back to normal. I'll have all A's again and everything I worked for won't be threatned to shatter to pieces. I'll be fine!" I try to sound enthusiastic but they all give me deadpan looks.
"Estelle, we all know you can raise your grade up again but do you know who's in first place now?" Adrian motioned over to a girl with bright, obviously dyed hair rapidly writing her notebook. She was sitting next to some goth chick with dyed black hair with electric blue highlights.
"Who are they?" They look like a bunch of nobodies." I say in disgust as I stare them up and down.
"Alexa is the red head and Raina is the goth. Alexa is fucking annoying. She's a sophomore, and the goth is a senior. They are both loners who make an nuisance for Dale Academy." Adrian said in the same tone of disgust as I did.
I sighed, straightened out my uniform, stood up and put on my best smile and strutted over there.Tables around them quieted down as I approached. Goth girl looked up but red head was still in a daze with that damn notebook.
I cleared my throat and redhead dropped her pen and looked straight at me. "Hello, Alexa, right?" I asked ursing my lips and she stayed silent sending me deadly silts. "I'm so sorry to interrupt your emo song writing but may I ask you a quick question?" I asked while giving them both a deadly smirk.
"You just did." Goth girl retorted smartly and I glared at her.
My smile returned and I lowered down to their level. "Do you really think you can compete with me? You are just a puny little sophomore who has no business even talking to me. I will crush you like a bug if my title as student body president is threatned. Is that clear?" I gritted my teeth as I stood up, straightened my uniform and strutted back to my table in the center of the cafeteria.

I walked into Physics determined to bring my grade up today.
I have never gotten anything less than a 90 ever in my life so this B'+' is ruining my life. I sat in my usual seat in the front center and took out my books and a pencil.
Nothing could stop me from raising it back up to an A today not even a-
SUBSTITUTE!
An old lady with a a restricting pencil skirt, a head full of grey and piercing black eyes walked in with the same determination and strictness I felt not 10 seconds ago.
She took a piece of chalk and wrote her name on the board. 'Mrs. Crumplebottom' Should've guessed...
Too bad I was the only one that was really paying attention...
"Class...Class? CLASS?" She repeated over and over. She sighed and brought her hand up to the chalk board and brought the straight across, causing everyone to groan and hold their ears in pain. When we all looked up she was glaring at the class. "Now...my name is Mrs. Crumplebottom. I do not tolerate indiscipline children. Mess up one time and you'll have detention. Every time you talk back, it adds a day, got it?"
20 minutes into class and I totally wasn't feeling it. Surprisingly, the class was doing 10x better than I was paying attention wise. There's only 40 minutes left until I can go him but for some reason I feel just....UGH.
I looked around the class and literally everyone was either deep in sleep or deep in thought. I knew I wasn't the only one!
YES!
Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked directly at me. What? "Excuse me young lady, but I do not tolerate yelling as long as I am teaching this class. Detention for you!" Oops, I guess I said that out loud...She turned around and eyed me evilly. "Did you just talk back? That adds tomorrow as well." My jaw dropped as what just happened processed.
This lady doesn't even know who I am! I am usually the best student in class but when it comes to substitutes, i've never liked them, but I never got in trouble!
"But, it wasn't even-"
"AH! Three days now!"
"But-"
"Four, shall we make it a five?" She asked while giving me an evil smirk. I huffed and sunk into my seat as gasps of shock ran through the class.
The evil woman turned around but turned to me. "You know what? We shall make it a five."
My eyes widened, "What did I even do?" I whined helplessly. Does this lady seem to want to make my life hell?
"How about you ask your father who oh so mercilessly fired me from the best job in the world." I went silent. So she oes know who I am...
