Karkat's POV
I walked out of my room after clearing the thought of a monster following me. I went to the kitchen to eat the left over dinner I made before I left to spend time with my friends. And I get picky at night sometimes. After that I went to brush my teeth. And again I was thinking of Dave. I was thinking of how he looked before we moved to high school. He was alittle tall and thin. Wearing his nice red shirt with a broken record. And he had this beautiful blonde hair. He always wore glasses. But when I discovered he was a vampire. He showed me his beautiful red eyes. They were like looking through sparkling rubies and looked nice like a dark apple. They were a deep blood red. Soooo beautiful my heart beats as fast as a cheetah when I think of them. He was attractive too. I loved his pale face and skin which made his eyes more amazing. I remember I would want to touch him every time I was with him. I still want to. After brushing my teeth I walked out of the bathroom with a blushing smile. And went to my room. Then I felt something strange. Something had happened in here. It was slightly cold and I felt something was watching me. I shook my head no. Its my imagination again. And I laid in bed and thought Dave would still be up since he's nocturnal.
Dave's POV
Karkat laid in his bed and took out his phone. My phone vibrated. Oh not now. I turned my ring mute so he couldn't hear the vibration. And looked at what he had to say.
Karkitty: Hi
Dave: Hi!? Hey what ya doing up so late dear. Did the thunder scare you again or was it the monster under your bed?
Karkitty: Be quiet. And no I was at my friends place for a hang out. He got drunk off his ass so I left home.
Dave: oh. So how does it feel to be awake late at night now?
Karkitty: not bad. In fact I enjoy it. I can see good in the dark now.
Dave: congrats. ^.^ I'm proud of you karkitten.
Karkitty: ^.^ thank you.
Karkitty: hey sparkly ruby eyes. I miss you. I wish I could see you. >.<
Dave: yea, >|.|< me too sweet karkitten I miss you.
Karkitty: can I call you? I need to tell you something.
