Jane pov:
*At the hospital *
The receptionist was on a phone call when we arrived.
"Um.Andrea Wilson?" I asked.
She checked the computer while she spoke on the phone.
"Ward 41. Left wing . Thirdfloor" she said.
We thanked and rushed to the third floor. We took the stairs because we felt it would be quicker for some reason.
There was a doctor talking withfew nurses near ward 41.
He turned to see me .
"Jane?" He asked.
"Yes.." I replied.
"I'm Dr. Neil montez" he said shaking my hand.
He took us into ward 41. Andrea was unconscious.
"So..what happened?" I asked.
"She has fractured her hand and has wounded her ankle very badly. So much that we had to do a surgery. Apparently a truck hit her. We have given her few pain killers which is why she is asleep." Said the doctor.
"Anything serious? " I asked.
"No..but I think she will need physiotherapy and ..." he paused.
I waited.
"I suggest she meets the psychologist." He finished
Shane pov:
"But why?" I asked.
"The police saw the cctv footage Looks like she ...kind of fell in front of the truck..but we aren't sure.. I am just suggssting" the doctor said.
"But..-" started Jane.
"Jane....can we talk for a minute?" I cut her off.
"Okay" she replied.
We moved little away from the doctor. Jason meanwhile spoke to the doctor.
"Look..with all that has been going on with Andrea..I think she might need psychological treatment." I said.
"But ..what do we tell her?" I asked.
"Tell her its part of the treatment" I said.
It will be hard for her to believe . But she should.
Jane stared me into my eyes for a minute . She then nodded but she looked confused.
When we went back to the ward, the doctor had taken off.
"So..I guess its time to pay the bill" said Jane.
"Well..this might sound strange but andrea's father already paid the amount. He transferred the money online." Said Jason.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah..but he refuses to come visit her . He says its for her own good " said Jason with a suspicious tone.
***** few days later *****
Jane pov :
It has been 2 days since Jane started her treatment with the psychologist. 5 more days to go..
