Ladies, I get it.  Those days where you have an awful cold or debilitating cramps, but your parents are still making you go to school.  Either you don't have a fever or they just aren't letting you stay home. Unless there's a test, you know you aren't going to be missing anything.  But, you have to go.  Here are some ways to look normal and some tips to take you through the school day.

1. Wear black pants.  They look nice and formal and if there is any leakage, no one will know.  You also won't look disheveled.

2. Wear a long sweater or comfy cardign.  Then you will be comfortable and looking good

3. Put on eyeliner, you will look like you took time into your outfit, even though you didn't.

4. DON'T WEAR YOUR HAIR IN A MESSY BUN!  Then you'll look like you are sick.  Wear your hair in a ponytail or french braid.

5. You want to look nice, but don't wear heels.  Wear converse or flatly heeled boots, you don't want to be wobbling around on heels if you don't feel well.

6. Don't take any sort of medicine when you wake up.  Take it right before you leave, so when classes start the medicine has kicked in.

7. STAY OUT OF GYM CLASS/PE!  It really will only make you feel worse.

8. If needbe, have your parents write a note so the teachers know that you are sick and might not be able to do all of the work

9. Don't be afraid to go to your schools nurse.  She/He can help you our or even just let you lie down for 15 minutes.

10. Finally, if you really are sick, have a fever or have thrown up, you SHOULD NOT BE IN SCHOOL!!!!

I hope these tips help you at any point in your life.  See you in my next update!-
