There once was a man with an eyepatch. He was tortured and almost killed. His name was KanKen. KanKen was a normal boy who liked books. Then everything changed when the ghoul attacked. He gets a new eye and a few organs a doctor got from an illegal black market dealer he found in a back alley. For some reason, the doctor just lets him leave even though he is crazy. KanKen hated all of the food he ate because he was used to being a cannibal. Before his incident, he killed people for food or ate roadkill if nothing else was available. When he was looking for more humans, another ghoul attacked him. A purple headed girl stepped in and took him away.
