Fang's POV:
"Father I'm going out!" Fang yelled grabbing his coat.
"Okay." his father said back. He was about to walk through the door when someone knocked.
"Son go to your room."
"Father I-"
"Go now. Please don't argue.'' Fang walked up the stairs to his room. He heard voices, a woman's voice. He laid down and put his ear to the ground.
"Were the Child Protective Service. We came for your son."
"Why my son?"
"The Queen sent us to get him. Our orders are to take him to the castle where----"
*I need to get out of here* I thought while packing a bag. I finished tying the bag closed when footsteps came up the steps. I looked around to see if I missed anything then looked out the window.
*No one's there... good* I opened the window and jumped out. As soon as my feet hit the ground I took off running.
"You there boy! Stop!" called a voice. *Opps*
A/N: sorry these are short having to type this in school so please bare with me.
