"oh." she said.

"are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah I'm fine." she smiled

I could tell she wasn't okay with me and Kayla dating but you know that's life You gotta move on sometimes.

I didn't wanna say she wasn't fine so I just stopped.

"Look I gotta go now for dance but thanks for telling me." she smiled.

"Okay bye." I said hanging up

I sighed.

"Hey babe, you okay." Kayla asked scooting over.

"Yeah I'm fine." I said.

"Hey why don't we go out for ice cream." she said.

"Sure why not." I smiled.

I raced her out of my room and ran outside with her racing to the ice cream parlor. When we made it to the block over Hays Avenue I put my waist around Kayla.

"Aw Babe." she said kissing my cheek.

I let go of her and just walked to the parlor.

We interwince our hands walking to the parlor we were close till I saw someone that looked familiar.

I knew who that was.

"What?" The random girl asked looking at Maddie.

"well then go talk to him." the random girl said.

"But I-" Maddie got cut off by her saying.

"No buts, your going to talk to him." She said.

"Fine mom." Maddie said irritated.

flashback over.

It was Maddie's friend.

"Hey you mind ordering a chocolate mint ice cream." Kayla asked.

"Yeah." I told her.

"Well I'll go sit down." she said kissing my cheek.

I ran to the front of the parlor and saw her.

"Hey you." I said.

"Oh hey you must be Jacob." she said.

"Yup that's me." I smiled.

"What are you doing here anyways." She asked.

"Um.." I couldn't tell her what I was gonna say.

"Um what?, oh and by the way my names kalani." she said waiting.

"I'm here with my girlfriend." I cracked a tiny smile.

"Oh." She said. "Maddie will get mad at you.

I didn't even realize.

"One Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice cream with chocolate drizzle on top ordered by kalani!" The person said working at the parlor.

"Well I gotta go now bye."

"Okay bye."

I went to a register with no one their and ordered.

"Hi how may I help you?" the teenage girl said.

"One order of chocolate mint ice cream and vanilla ice cream with Oreo's." I asked.

"Okay that will be 4.51" the girl asked

I handed the money and said my name then sat down with Kayla.

"So what's up." I asked.

"Nothing much really." She said

I just looked at her.

Those pretty eyes and smile.
She my everything.

I got interpreted by my phone so I pulled it out and a message I never really would expect popped out.

Hey guys!

I'm really sorry about wait I've been busy because of you know track and other stuff like choir but mostly track.

Lately I've been talking about it alot I'm soo sorry.

I had my first official meet on Thursday and I did 200m Sprints and 4x100m (400m) relay. If you don't know what 200m and 400m means 200m the curve/half of the track. 400m is one lap or half of lap with the baton and giving it to someone. But my second track meets on Monday and I'm doing 400m relays again I really hope it's not gonna cancel because forecast say it's gonna be thundering.
