The Bonds of Fate

Prologue

"Long, long ago...

There once lived many kinds of creatures.

Some were 'purest' of the pure; flawless in nature and psyche. These creatures were named the Flodeas.

Some were miscreant creatures; distorted in their own disposition. These creatures were named the Korelos.

And some who were neither flawless or unprincipled; they were plain average. These creatures were named the Humans.

These creatures had very important roles, But, the creator favored the Floreas more than his other creations. The humans had no problem with this but the Korelos, on the other hand, grew jealous and greedy.

The Korelos started to attack the Floreas people, robbing them from what they were gifted by the creator. Some Korelos decided to kill off the Floreas, till there were barely any left.

The creator, seeing that his creations becoming corrupted, banished the Korelos to the Faunteina realm, where they will not bother his other creations.

Worried for the safety of his leftover Floreas people, he sent them to the Odayakana realm, where they will stay safe for eternity.

Lastly, he made the Nigiyaka realm realm for the humans to stay separated from his other creations.

These creatures lived peace, balanced by staying in their own realms.

Odayakana realm
A realm that is home to the Flodeas. The creator of this realm sealed it tight to keep impure creatures from entering to ruin his perfect creations.

Fuanteina realm
A realm that consisting of the most repulsive, dishonorable, and contaminated creatures, the Korelos.

The Nigiyaka realm
A realm that is filled the humans that have not been corrupted but, can be at any moment of time.

It is important to remember that if a creature doesn't go to their corresponding realm it could cause great destruction and much tear apart the-Felicity! Are you zoning out again? You need to pay attention to your lessons!"

The child in front of her had a look of thought, obviously distracted by her thoughts.

"O-oh, Lady Merino!! I'm so terribly sorry, forgive me. I've had much on my mind lately."

Giving a sigh, Merino gave her student a patient smile.

"Oh child, when will you ever learn? You are one of the great descendants of the Creator himself! You must remember the War of the Feathers, it's very important."

"Yes, ma'am! Forgive me for my rude manners..."

Patting her student on the head, Merino suppressed another sigh.

"It's quite alright, you are young after all. Now, why don't you run off and play, I bet your little friend is waiting for you, hm?"

Giving a small smile of her own, Merino's student shook her head slowly.

"Yes he is! Thank you Lady Merino, I'll be off!"

Watching her student leave, the small smile left Merino's face.

A child who barely can grasp the information being fed to her is suppose to be the future of this realm. A child who also is suppose to help the 'purest' of creatures is best friends with one of impurest of all.

Lady Merino knew about her little friend due to an incident a few months back.

It was in the evening, the sun that had been in the sky was to depart behind the forest around the precious village. Merino was worried for her students safety since she's been gone since Sunrise.
