Death's lover, I am she

For without death , who would I be?

A blissfully ignorant human being,

Who would go throughout life with out ever seeing.

Without seeing the despair my lover brings,

Without seeing the Fates cut the deadly strings.

But ignorant , I am not,

I take great pleasure in seeing the bodies he brings begin to rot...

I do love the scent of death and decay

It leaves me feeling high and gay.

So much pleasure and joy,

Like a child with a new toy!.

I've loved death, called him sweet things,

Even though sadness and despair is all he brings.

So here we sit, on our thrones,

Here we sit in out palace of bones.

Bones with soul who cry out for my aid

I give them a home and this is how i'm repaid?

So I silence them one-by-one

torture them slowly, the suffering has just begun...

They won't be speaking anymore,

Now I'll be right back, I need to clean off the gore.

I love death and he loves me!

For without death who would i be?
