Gertrude is a 15 year old female growing up as a blacksmith. Her father Lenord is the best blacksmith and has made armor for the Knight's that protect our village. Gertrude isn't like the other girls in the village she wants to fight, but when she tries too show the village she ends up making a fool of herself. So on her own time she makes armor forthe her too use when she is going to sign up to be a knight. Time is ticking as Gertrude is , for what she wanted too be a knight. To prove that women can fight to make here dream come true.
