The 5, including their companions, had finally landed in a clearing in the forest, far away from the kingdom. Both Stellar and Midnight had fallen asleep on their companion's back. The two creatures carefully laid them down under spruce trees, covered in snow.

"Why'd we have to land in such a cold place?!?!" Complained Flare as she crossed her arms and shivered.

"Because we need to let Fuyu and the others rest!" Stated Blossom. "If we didn't, they'd probably lose too much energy and fallen in the middle of the sky!"

Flare nodded in understanding, however kept trying to warm herself up.

"C'mon! It isn't that bad!" Frost said looking perfectly normal.

"YOUR ONE TO TALK YOU ICEY FREAK!" Yelled Flare at Frost's ignorance.

"THE HELL YOU CALL ME, ASHY?!" Frost shot back.

"WHY YOU LITTLE MOTHER-"

"SHADDUP!" Yelled Midnight from her tree with a lazy, yet terrifying glare.

"Yes ma'am..." The two said while backing away.

Midnight then went back to sleep using Shade's stomach as a pillow. Shade then wrapped his tail around Midnight's shoulders and upper chest. As for Stellar, Sunburst used a pile of leaves for Stellar's pillow and covered Stellar's chest and lower stomach area with her wings. Flare, Frost and Blossom were setting up camp near the center of the clearing.

"Frost, go get some fire wood. I'll make the fire." Commanded Flare as she set rocks into a circle. Frost complained a bit, but then complied.

"Hey. Flare?" Blossom said, getting Flare's attention.

Flare stopped what she was doing and looked up at Blossom. "Yea? What's up?" Asked Flare, giving Blossom soft eyes.

"When you went to the castle... Didn't you have to... Umm... You know... Leave your family?" Blossom said looking at the snowy ground, whispering the last part.

"Well, yea... But, I know I'll see them again. Plus... They encouraged me, to go..." Flare said closing her eyes, remembering the day she got the letter.

"Just let out the tears already..." Said Stellar, waking up.

"Yea. It's the only way you'll be able to get yourself on your feet faster..." Explained Midnight who was sitting up slowly, rubbing her eyes.

Blossom looked at the two and then fell to her knees crying. The three were quietly comforting her the best they could. While this scene happened, Frost walked in carrying a lot of little branches and 3 logs balanced on his head.

"What'd I miss?" Questioned Frost with a confused face.

~A few minutes later~

After awhile, Blossom stopped crying and started to set camp. Flare and Frost helped set the camp fire. Flare easily lit it up with a snap of her fingers.

"Show-off..." Frost murmured.

"Shaddup!" Flare commanded shooting a flare at him.

As for Midnight and Stellar, they were scouting the place for anything dangerous or suspicious.

However, Blossom snuck out into a deeper part of the forest without anyone noticing.

~With Blossom~

When Blossom snuck out, she followed the only light that lit the forest. The moon. As she got deeper into the woods. She saw an opening from far away. As she got closer, she noticed it was a cliff. She walked up all the way to the edge staring over more forest bellow her. She stood there thinking and reminiscing. Flashes of memories with her mother rammed into her head making her fall onto her knees crying. To set the mood, a gust of wind blew by, causing Blossom's hair to sway gently behind her. She looked up at the moon, eyes red and puffy. She looked down at her hand and sang a gentle song:

There was a time,
I used to look into my fathers eyes,
In a happy home,
I was queen, I had a golden throne.

"But those days are gone,
Now the memories on the wall,
I hear the song,
From places where I was born,

Upon a hill, across a blue lake,
That's where I had my first heartbreak
I still remember how it all changed,

My father said 'Don't you worry, Don't you worry child, see heaven's got a plan for you, don't you worry, don't you worry now' Yea~

There was a time,
I met a guy of a different kind,
We rules the world,
I thought I'd never lose a mothers side,

We were so young,
I think of it now and then,
I still hear the songs,
Reminding me of a friend,

Upon the hill, across the blue lake,
That's where I had my first heartbreak,
I still remember how it all changed,
My father said, 'Don't you worry, don't you worry child. See heaven's got a plan for you.
Don't you worry, don't you worry now'
Yea~"

At this point, Blossom was sobbing rivers at the reminder of her favorite lullaby as a child.
