The basement door opened up as Jeff waltz though it and over to Jack. Jeff looked down at the bare woman and then to Jack.

"Is the Pikabitch dead?" He asked. Jack shook his head as he started to pack his black bag up.

"I got what I needed. I want to save the other one for later." He replied not looking at the other man.

"I know what you mean....I couldn't kill Riley either. I had too much fun. I want to watch her life fall apart now. I want to watch her looking for me. I want her to know I'm still around." Jeff mumbled as his eyes glazed over. "I'm still going to make her sleep...I'm just not done playing with her yet." Jeff laughed as he watched Jack stand from the table. Jack didn't say anything as he walked over and found a phone. His fingers dialed 911.

"Hello? 911...What is you emerg-"

"Two woman are dying." Jack said clearly in the phone ignoring the questions the operator had. He hung it up and placed his mask over his face as he followed Jeff out of the house.

It wasn't long before the sirens could be heard in the distance. Paramedics ran towards the house behind the armed officers. One of the officers twisted the door knob before sighing angrily. The paramedics flinched as another robust man kicked the door open. Men swarmed the house guns drawn yelling demands that easily canceled each other out. It didn't take too long for the men to find the unconscious woman on the table. The paramedic crowed around her. Looking her over. "I found a pulse!" One yelled excitedly. "We have a fresh incision site." Mumbled another as his fingers prodded the wound. An officer slowly walked up behind them, curious as to what was going on. He made an audible gasp as his eyes fell upon the woman. She was naked. Her skin was pale. Bruises littered her skin leading to a large slit across her side. It looked as if somebody had tried to stitch it back up. It was welted up and bruised. His eyes wandered up. Her shoulders looked chewed up. Blood coated her own mouth and chin. It looked as if it slid down her chin to her throat. The officer had to step away.

"Sir, The caller said there was two women. So far we have only found one." A man reported.

"Check all rooms. Check the grounds. We have to find her." He ordered. The man nodded and yelled his orders to the rest of the men.

Moments later yells could be heard from the basement. The officer booked it down the stairs. His guts churned as he seen the other woman. She was lying in a heap on the floor. Blood stained her skin and the floor around her. She was semi naked, missing her top and only wearing her underwear. The paramedics rushed down the stairs. They gently tried to roll her onto her back. She started screaming and frantically trying to get away from the people. They were shushing her, reassuring her that they were the good guys. It took a long time but finally the woman fell into a sobbing state, allowing the paramedics to cut the ropes that bound her hands while another wrapped her in a blanket. They coaxed her into standing up. Her legs were shaken but she complied and allowed the people to take her up stairs. Once the door opened The woman fell into hysterics again. She ran over to the stretcher Ayla was now on. Blankets and tubes covering her body.

"Ayla!!" She cried as her face buried into the blankets staining them red. A woman tried to pull her off.

"Is she dead?!... Ayla... IS SHE DEAD?!" She kept screaming but nobody answered her. She collapsed as she watched the paramedics wheel her friend out the door.

"Miss... Come on. You need medical attention." A man whispered as her gently pulled her to her feet. Riley felt numb. She felt her whole world slow almost like she was in a dream. She allowed the men to put her in the back of an ambulance. She watched as they shut the door. The men outside the truck scrambled around but one face remained still. She seen him in the woods watching the scene with a delightful expression on his face. She cringed. She knew this wasn't over. He would come for her again and next time, she would die.
