"Good morning class, this is our new student; Austin Black, and he is from Alaska! So class...please make Austin feel welcome to our 1st Block Art!" Mrs. New chirped.
"Hi, my name is April Washington!" April stated, "How are you?"
"I'm good, just not use to this warm climate." Austin joked. "You're pretty cute." April proclaimed blushing.
"Well thanks, April, your very pretty yourself." Austin said.
"Mr. Black and Miss. Washington, please be quiet while I'm trying to teach!" Mrs. New proclaimed as April handed Austin a note.

Looking at April he shook his head in response. One person down, nine more to go, Austin thought. "Hey April, can you show me some of your friends?" Austin asked in a whisper.
"Sure! I was just going to do that!" Aprils says with a huge smile, "What lunch do you have?"
"I have 2nd lunch, you?" Austin asked.
"Same here!" April cheered.
DING! DING! DING!
" Bye class! Don't forget to do pages 100-115 tonight!" Mrs. New yelled as the class left. This is going to be easy, Austin thought. Walking into his 2nd block he already noticed a few more people to add to his hide-and-seek list.
"Hey, new guy!" David Slick said.
"Yeah?" Austin questioned.
"Do you play any sports?" David asked.
"I played football, track, baseball, and basketball before I switched schools." Austin replied.
"Cool dude! Hey you should hang out with us sometime!" David suggested, "OH and my name is David Slick."
"Sure, and my name is Austin Black." Austin said shaking David's hand.
"You should join the basketball team Austin, you would be a great addition!" David suggests.
"Sure that sounds great!" Austin says with a smile. As more kids started to fill in the classroom, more people started to notice Austin.
"Hey...what's your name?" Ashley asks.
"Oh...my name is Austin, Austin Black. What's your name little lady?" Austin asks with a smirk.
"My name is Ashley Maywood and your sitting in my seat, pretty boy." Ashley says as she gets into her seat.
"What lunch do ya'll have?" Austin questioned.
"We all have 2nd lunch." David says answering for everyone.
"Same here!" Austin says with a devilish smirk.
"Cool...then we all have to sit together!" Ashley says with a little smile.
