Florabelle's POV
"You know exactly what I'm talking about," I say. I sound like the bad cop in good cop bad cop.
"What are you talking about exactly?" Blossom asks.
"Dude, maybe she doesn't know about her powers," Spring whispers half shouting. Blossom steps back looking at us strangely.
"Uh, let's start on our project," Blossom says. We agree and decide to go to Florabelle's house. Blossom brought books about Harriet Tubman for us to study. I write the section about her life being a conductor on the Underground Railroad, Spring writes about her early life and Blossom does fun facts. Spring and Blossom's mom lets them stay over at my house for the night.

Blossom's POV

I stay at Florabelle's house for the night. I was working when Florabelle stopped abruptly and told me she was going to tell me something.
"What is it?" I question.
"Do you have a weird talent or has anything happened to you that is different?" She asks. This is getting odd. First, she says I'm the one and now she is asking if I have any weird talent.
"Now that you mention it something has happened. One time when I was ten, people were bullying me, but then a magical fire ball got hurled at them from somewhere," I say recalling the memory. Spring suddenly burst out laughing. Those kids never messed with me again. They pondered about it for a while, but then they just let it go.
"Did anyone get injured?" Florabelle asks seeming worried about the kids.
"Well they ran off before it hit them," I say.
"Ha, serves them right," Spring says.
"Anyway, we need to tell you something. There's a prophecy that goes a little something like this. Long time ago three warriors from this dimension defeated away this monster who was going to destroy the world. The prophecy says that they passed away while killing the monster. Us three are the reincarnations of the Lightsworn Warriors, that is what they were called. We have an arch enemy, and they are called The Shadow Bringers. They're summoning the beast again so they can take over the world." Spring says running out of breath.
During the whole story I mostly just nodded my head to make it seem like I understood when I actually had no clue what they were talking about.
"Who are The Shadow Bringers? Are we going to die? Why'd they have to choose me? Why would they do this again?" I sounded like a five year old, but I needed an explanation.
"I don't know, hopefully not, and I wonder the same thing. I guess if you don't succeed try try again," Florabelle shrugged and said to me.
"This is all so fake. You really believe that I am that gullible guys? Come on, let's get back to work," I say looking down at my sheet of paper.
"I thought the same thing, Blossom. It seemed like it was all a dream, I only learned about this whole prophecy thing today so I'm new at this okay? I think of the options, save the world, or go to school like nothing happened. Which one seems better to you?" Spring says. I actually hear empathy in her voice. She then let's out a big sigh. It would be cool to save the world.
"I'm in."
