Chapter 2

Luna's POV

i got up at 6 A.M because knowing kakashi he wont show up until 10. i sighed annoyed with everything around me for some reason and got dressed in the same outfit i had on yesterday except i put my scope on my left eye. i Ate breakfast because screw what kakashi say's. by now it was going on 8 so i left my apartment. when i got there is was 8:30. naruto and sakura yelled at me for being late.

Luna:oh and word of advice un. dont show up when kakashi tells you to...i have known him for 3 years yeh. and he will always be late k.

sakura and naruto just started waiting and fighting with each other. i sighed annoyed and went and stood next to sasuke. he glanced at me and smiled. while sakura and naruto were busy fighting he gave me a kiss on the cheek. i giggled and smiled at him. i sat down next to him and waited for kaka-baka to show up.

--time skip--

kakashi just showed up and now naruto and sakura are yelling at him for being late. he set a clock for 12 but i didn't listen to him. when he said start i ran farther into the forest. when i got to a small clearing i set the whole place up in trap's using my chakra string's. sasori taught me how to use chakra strings in the short time i was there last. i smiled at the memory. when i was done i went back to were we started to see naruto hanging from a tree. i sighed at my team mates idiocy. i walked over and cut him down.

Luna:naruto un. you wanna team up it will make this a whole lot easier. yah.

Naruto:sorry luna but if im going to be hokage i have to do this on my own!

and with that said he marched off. i heard a scream in the distance and ran towards it. it sounded like sakura. when i got there i saw her fainted and sasuke's head sticking out of the ground. i sighed and pulled sasuke out of the ground.

Sasuke:he's alot tougher then i thought.

Luna:i should know i used to spar with him all the time. i know his fighting syle like the back of my hand un.

we walked up to sakura and she soon came to.

Luna:hey guys you want to team up...it will make things a whole lot easier.

Sasuke:sorry but i need to do this on my own if i am going to kill him.

Sakura:oh great idea sasuke-kun let's team up!

i sighed annoyed with sakura and disapointed with sasuke. i went in search of kaka-baka. i found him leaning up against a tree. i jumped down in front of him and he jumped a little in surprise.

Kakashi:well i have been waiting for you.

Luna:ha. still think you can beat me kakashi? even in our sparing matches you couldn't beat me. and i wasn't even trying back then un.

Kakashi:well let's see i have improved so im not the same as i was back then!

Luna:CATCH ME IF YOU CANNN~!

i ran towards the clearing i set the trap's up with kakashi following me. i threw some C1's at him and maid the hand signs.

Luna:KATSU!

BOOM! they went off. he stumbled a bit but kept on chasing me. i only use my higher explosives in emergency's since they can kill alot of people. and as much as i hate people i have grown to be attached to this place that i now call my home. when we reached the clearing i jumped into a tree and he stopped in the middle unable to tell were i am. he looked around for a moment before i came out from behind him and we started a taijutsu battle. that went on for about 10 minutes before i kicked him into a tree. i used the chakra strings and tied him there. i walked up to him and took the bell's from him.

Kakashi:when did you learn to use chakra strings? i dont know anyone here who could have possibly taught you.

Luna:sorry un. but i really cant tell you but there's alot of things i know hmmm.

he sighed in defeat and i untied him. just then the bell rang. since i got there before kakashi i slipped the bells into naruto's sakura's and sasuke's pockets. i sat down next to sasuke and then kaka-baka showed up.

Kakashi:well result of this training is...none of you need to go back to the academy!

sakura and naruto were happy to hear that and sasuke being the emo he is smirked and nothing else.

Sakura:what all i did was faint in scream do i get points for that?

Naruto:does that men that us 4...!

Kakashi:yes you 3 should...quit being ninja's!

they all had shocked faces and i jut stared at kakashi void of any emotion. naruto started throwing a fit about it.

Naruto:wait you said 3! who doesnt need to stop being a ninja!

Kakashi:luna. she beat me in a taijutsu and ninjutsu battle...and figured out what this test was about. why do you think we put you guys on squads?

Sakura:i have been asking what this test was about...

Naruto:how should i know i didn't make the rules!

i sighed annoyed with there yelling and decided i would tell them.

Luna:teamwork. this test was about teamwork guys...why do you think i asked to team up? if you all had excepted my offer you would have passed but nooooo...naruto thinks he has to do this on his own sakura you only care about sasuke and sasuke...you think everyone is so far beneath you that they will only slow you down un!

Kakashi:luna is right. missions are done in squads sure you do need individual skills but teamwork is essentcial. Luna though probably already learned all this from being a former iwa nin and graduating there academy.

Luna:yea i did...i only join this academy to see if they taught anything different. i didn't learn anything new but it was fun with all of naruto's crazy antics to keep the spirits up yah.

they all looked at me and naruto grinned a happy grin. soon all attention was back on kaka-baka. he started saying that we could have another chance at the test and i was just giggling.

Kakashi:why are you giggling luna...you dont giggle unless you did something.

Luna:everyone look inside your pockets.

they all did what i said and they pulled out bells. well i pulled naruto's out for him. kakashi stared at me for a moment before sighing.

Kakashi:really luna...whatever that still doesn't mean i can pass them! they didn't undertsand so i will let them try again.

i sighed but nodded anyway. i sat down and zoned out again. next thing i know were all going home. after i untied naruto i went home myself and started to write my letter back to dei-dei.

Dear Dei-dei

thanks for the picture. and im saying this now you dont need to keep me a secret from your leader. anyway me and my team did that bell test thing today to determine weather we become genin or not. we passed ofcourse. OH and let itachi know that i can keep an eye on sasuke because we have been put on the same team! my team is naruto uzumaki, sakura haruno, and sasuke uchiha! my sensai is kakashi hatake. i miss you alot...also i have something important to tell you and itachi but i want to wait till i see you guys again in person. anyway tell itachi,kisame, and sasori that i say hi! i miss you all so much. anyway my team starts doing missions really soon! im excited to go back to doing missions. anyway i got to go now by!

i wrapped it up and tied a black bow to it. i put a picture of me and sasuke there so him and itachi can see how much we have grown. it was just a picture of me and sasuke on graduation day. we were at the training grounds and i told him i wanted to take a picture. it was him actually smiling and me smiling to. though it's hard to notice if you look close enough sasuke is blushing because in the picture i was clinging to his arm. i tucked it in with the letter and sent it on it's way. i sighed happily and got ready for bed. i soon fell into yet another dreamless sleep.
