Here I was sitting outside wondering what my life would be like if I were to go out and try something new. Nothing ever happened. I was alone there sitting on my porch because all my friends are all were consumed in a word called life.  Well if that's the case I guess I didn't
have one. The real reason why I was sitting out here is because for one simple reason I was single. There was nothing to do. I mean the guy I had liked since forever had  just got a girlfriend so I was sitting outside feeling bad about my life. Most people my age were like this. Correction I was like this most of the time. Life sucked at that  point the world kept on turning, but I was just standing there watching it all fade away. It seems like no one could ever take me seriously guys, my friends, and my parents. I was going nowhere fast, I was drowning in my thoughts. I needed to get a life. Tomorrow Ill have a fresh start or a new beginning I thought to myself. Me trying to be inspirational had made me laugh and wonder what real people do with their time.

A  growing pain had hit my head I decided to take a Advil and go to sleep at 6:00 pm. I woke up seeing my baby blue room I checked my alarm assuming I hadn't heard my alarm clock and that I had woken up early. Turns out I did the exact opposite it was 7:55 am I had to be at school  for a retake on one of my Latin tests. I had failed before spring break. Now I had been just coming back from spring break. I couldn't get a grasp on the subject. All I knew is that if I didn't get there at 8:00 I would be doomed for this semester's grade. I had no time to be the fashion guru that I was ( and still am) no makeup, no pretty shoes, or blouses. I quickly grabbed the closest shirt I could find. It was a 1980's rock t shirt my dad had brought me back from one if his many business trips. I looked down at my shorts they were decent so I grabbed my bright yellow flip flops and my book bag that at the time seemed to be filled with bricks because when I put my it on my shoulder the strap broke. Great! I Hopped in the car dragging the book bag in the car then put the keys in the ignition and drove to school.

West Point High school was only two minutes away from my house and I had only one minute to spare. I didn't even have time to see if I looked okay in my car mirror with not putting in any makeup at all.  I slammed the door, locked the car , and rushed to school. I ran into Mrs. Adria's room she wasn't there. I rushed past the office she was in there talking to my short, stubby, and bald Principle Stound.  "Mrs. Adria I was looking for you!" I stated. "Well you've found me you were supposed to be here two minutes ago. I thought last time we had this conversation. I thought was clear about you getting here on time?" She remarked. " You did, but this morning has been a hectic one," and before I was about to explain what happened she cut me off and said I have on last chance to retake it tomorrow.

I walked off to advanced geometry class and started my day.  I sat next one of  my friends Bridget. When she saw me she gave a weird look. "Are you okay? You look like crap," Bridget announced.  "Nice to see you to!" I  sarcastically said.  "You still upset about stupid Grant?" Bridget assumed. He was the guy I liked who had just gotten a girlfriend."What do think?" I asked. "He is so stupid he can't see how amazing you are!" Bridget said trying to make me feel better. "Says the girl that has had a boyfriend since freshmen year," I stated frustrated with Bridget.  "Whatever don't take a f^$*?ng compliment. Just keep distancing yourself from your friends when were trying to help!" Bridget yelled. The bell rang and class started so much for new beginnings.
