Unexpected

Chapter 2

When we finally got to school, Leah pushed me out of the way so she could get out first.

I allowed her since I didn't care. Everyone then came flooding around her. She was the most popular girl in school. And I was a nobody.

But I honestly don't care because she has way too many 'friends' and I have two real friends who I can actually trust.

As I walk around the school I spot Erin and Phillip, they are my best friends.

"Erin!"

"Scarlett!"

"Hey sorry I came late, Leah." I said with a frown.

"Duh why else. The bell is about to ring we better all go to class."

"Alright see you guys later"

"Bye"

When I get to homeroom the first thing I see is a group of those snobby girls. They are screaming and laughing and gossiping about this One Direction.

"Hey, Scarlett right?" one of the girls calls at me and they all face to me.

I nod.

"So did you go to the One Direction concert?"

"I plan not to waste my money on some 5 boys"

"Wow you could not be more of a loser."

"And you could not be more of a bitch" I say under my breath. I wanted her to hear that, but at the same time I didn't.

So the girls just went about and continued talking about those boys. I think they can sing pretty good but that's all and I'm not going to fangirl over them, maybe I am. I like them but it's a secret.

So homeroom ended and I went to all my classes and was disappointed to find out that I have zero classes with my friends, oh well.

Afterschool Erin, Phillip, and I met at the same spot we did last year. While we all walked to my house we we're talking about how our day was and our classes.

We finally got to my house and then they left.

I went to get a snack and as I was doing my homework in my room I heard a scream. It was so loud my ears we're probably bleeding.

I went downstairs to see what it was and of course it was Leah. She was so happy and was begging my mom for something.

"What is it?" I asked my mom.

"Not that you would care" Leah answered

"Just asking"

"One Direction tickets are out now for the meet & greet!!!! And they're in L.A. right now!!!"

She was right, I wouldn't care, well actually I do.

"Ok Leah you can go"

"Aaahhh!!!!! Thank you!" She ran upstairs dialing a number.

"Can go where?"I asked my mom. I was so nosy.

"She thinks she knows where they are. So she will go look for them with Elle. And I'm letting her go to the concert and the meet and greet thing. Do you want to go Scarlett?"

"Oh..uh..no thanks. I'm fine" Deep inside I did really want to go.

I went back to my room thinking that my sister might actually get to meet somebody famous. I would like to meet them but I don't want to look like one of those crazed fans.

And I wouldn't be able to go with my sister. We have a very distant relationship.
