Chapter 5

Ariana's POV

As Justin drove us to the beach,I held his hand and occasionally kissed him. We eventually got to the beach. Once we got there,we layed down our towels and took some pictures. Then Justin said "Let's have a race,whoever can run to the water the fastest wins!" I got up and looked at him. "Are you serious,my hair's gonna get messed up!" I said. "Oh my god,Ariana. To me,you'll look beautiful either way. Trust me." Justin said. My heart melted. He was so cute. I smiled and kissed him. I took off my sunglasses and my cover up. "1,2,3,GO" Justin yelled out. We both started racing to the water. Justin saw that I was getting farther than him so he caught up to me,picked me up and ran me back to where we started. Justin then took off. "I'm gonna win!" He yelled back to me and laughed. Oh,I wasn't gonna let that happen. I ran faster than ever and playfully punched him. He turned around and said "Excuse me?" Justin picked me up and was swinging me like he was gonna throw me in the water. I realized what he was doing and yelled out "NO JUSTIN PLEA-" It was too late. He had already thrown me. I landed in the clear blue water. I could hear Justin's faint laughter.

Justin's POV

Ariana got up and laughed. She looked so hot with the water glimmering on her skin. "I hate you,Justin." I playfully replied "I love you,Ariana." She rolled her eyes. "Is it too late now to say sorry?" I said,trying to keep my laugher inside. She giggled and ran into my arms. I put her down and she said "Now it's your turn!" Ariana pushed me straight into the water. I lifted myself up from the water and ran to her. I lifted her up and we walked back to our towels. Me and Ari watched the sun set until she drifted off to sleep on my shoulder. I gathered all our things,leaving Ari curled up on her towel. I put all our stuff in a large bag and put it on my shoulder. I carefully lifted her up and walked her back to the car. I placed her in the car along with our things and drove off. Once we got back to her house,I tucked her in bed and I layed down next to her. "I love you Ariana Grande." I whispered quietly in her ear. She slowly turned around and whispered back in my ear "I love you Justin Bieber"
