It was two days later and all I could think about was Lance. He was so cute and nice.. But what about Matt.. I loved Matt so much but I don't know if I could have an actual relationship with him.
He's an amazing person but he's also my best friend. Could I have a relationship like that with him..?
My thoughts were ended when I heard a knock on my bedroom door. My door opened and in came my mother along with Matt.
"Your father and I are going to dinner, honey. And we're staying at a friends house for tonight." She said to me.
"Alright. I love you guys. Have fun." I replied and looked at Matt as my mom left the room.
I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to pee. I reentered my room and sat next to Matthew on my bed in awkward silence.
I grabbed my phone and noticed the writing on my hand. I opened my phone and entered Lances number.

And before my message had the chance to be delivered, his phone phone had not received my message. How did he knew where I lived..? I was so confused. Maybe he followed me home or something.. I don't know, but I'm gonna meet up with him and see what going on. Should I bring Matt?I looked over at the clock and it read "4:00".
My thoughts and actions were interrupted by Matt's voice.
"Macy we really need to talk about what's going on." He said.
"Nothing is going on Matt. You are my bestfriend and NOTHING is ever going to change that. I'm talking to someone though and he wants me to meet him at 5 at the end of my street." I said.
"You just met him and he already knows where you live?!" He asked in shock.
"No. That's the strange thing. I never even brought him here. Can you come with me? I'm scared to go alone.." I asked in desperation.
"Ugh. I guess. You're so lucky I love you." He said smiling.
I'm so glad I have him as my best friend. I laid my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. I opened them to see Matthew staring at me.
I chuckled and "booped" his nose.
He's so cute I just want to-
Before getting chance to have another thought his lips collided with mine and we found ourselves in a deep make out session.
"Is this our way of saying sorry?" I said pulling away.
"I guess so. But I like it." He said leaning down and kissing me again.
I broke the kiss and I went upstairs to get dressed. I put on blue jeans with rips and tears all down through each pant leg. Also pulling on a blue long sleeved shirt that read "PINK" along the front.
I walked downstairs and saw Matt sitting on the couch on his phone. I went over and snatched his phone out of his hands and ran out the door. It was 4:45 so I figured we could start walking now.
He ran after me and soon caught up with me and I handed him back his phone. We walked together down the road until we approached the corner of the street.
After a moment or so a dark blue SUV pulled up. In the driver seat of the car was Lance.
He got out of the car and hugged me tightly. After a few seconds passed I felt a cloth go over my face and I tried to hold my breath but failed. In the background of me fighting against whoever was holding this cloth to my face, I heard was Matt say, "Thanks bro you did a good job. I couldn't have done it without you." My heart shattered like a glass hitting the floor. Just how? How could Matt dream of doing something like this to me?!
And at that moment, I saw darkness in everything. My best friend doing this to me. My mind was like a field of butterflies fluttering with questions. There's no way this was Matthew!
