Magnus bane is a very reliable man and many people knew this, so it wasn't a surprise when he received a call from Isabella lightwood ,asking for his help to repair the walds of the institute which had been broken due to an attack on the clave .
Or maybe that was what he told him self . Ever since the night Magnus met Alec at the pandemonium ,he had not been able to stop thinking about the young man and it worried him a lot , Because for someone who was 1800yrs old a handsome man, should not hold such president on his mind. But Alec was something else and he couldn't explain it. Magnus got ready for this visit even though it was a job he couldn't help buy want to look beautiful for Alec.

Ever since the night two weeks ago Alexander lightwood met Magnus bane he had been unable to get the man's face out of his mind and regretful for not taking the mans contacts .But today was a very bad day ,with the institute getting attracted by Valentine's men.
Valentine valac was a man who was a formal Shadowhunter ,who thought every downworlder was beneath him and needed to be erased from the world. So he left the clave by faking his own death along with his son Sebastian valac .They created new names and identities while in hiding and decided to created an undead army to wipe out every living being without the Shadowhunter blood running in their veins. Until recently . Two months ago everyone thought he was dead but his wife a mundane woman(human woman) ,ran away from him with their 18yrs old daughter after she discovered what he was planning to do to the human race. But unfortunately she died during their escape from her husband ,and sacrificing her self so her daughter may run, The clave found her daughter her eventually, after very strange incidents. Are name was Clary Fairchild and they left her in the care of the lightwoods to be trained to be a Shadowhunter, and for the coming war that treating the survival of all the races ,including the Shadowhunters ,for Valentine had promised to vanquish any who stood in his way even if they were shadow hunters. But with all this Valentine valac kept sending his minions to bring back his daughter for a reason no one understood yet and the attack on the institute was one of his many attempts to get his daughter back, but now he was getting more dangerous with each passing day.

Alec stood close to one of the surveillance computer at the institute, trying to get a glimpse of his favourite warlock when he held his name being called informing him that Magnus had arrived.
