To Convince Him

Rubi and Riko were sitting at a house that the boy and girl had took them to. Riko looked at Rubi and frowned a bit. "Rubi... When is Luke coming back? I'm worried about him..." "Don't worry. If he doesn't come back, then me and you will find him." She said in a soothing voice, knowing that Riko was like a worried child. Like when she met Kiku for the first time.

The guy who had the scythe came to the both of them on the couch. "Thank you two for helping us. I give you my respect." Rubi nodded as she looked up at the guy and smiled. "We just heard you guys were in trouble and we helped. But... Since we're here, what's your guys's name?" "I'm Ethan and Miki is my little sister."

Miki then came downstairs in a frilly shirt and some shorts as she giggled and looked at the three of them with some giggles. "Onii-San... I'm bored!" She said as she hugged him and sighed a bit. "Riko, why don't you play with Miki? Me and Ethan just have to talk a little bit."

Riko nodded as walked to Miki and the both of them went upstairs and giggled as Rubi and Ethan sighed at each other. "I'm looking for someone at the moment. Me and Miki went to the forest as we thought she was there." Rubi then looked down at the ground and sighed. "I think me and a few others know about the disappearance of a few girls. Whoever this girl you're trying to look for, she'll maybe be there. You and her can join us and find those girls."

Ethan nodded as he crossed his arms and looked at her. "You bet your ass that I'll be joining. All of us can find what happened. But then... I want Miki to stay back." Rubi looked at him as her eyes widened and she stood up. "But everyone's help would be great to have. Miki would be a great fighter. And I can defend her personally. So don't worry. Ethan, you just need to trust us. Me at least." Ethan looked down at the ground and frowned, shaking the thought of Miki dying out of his head as he looked at her and sighed. "Okay. But I think it'll be better if you train her before we get into any fight. Deal?" Ethan gave out his hand as Rubi grabbed it and smiled. "Sure. Anything to help us togehter."

Rubi then looked at menu and looked at her messages real quick. She then saw Craig and texted him.

Rubi: Craig, if you're wondering where I'm at. I'm fine. Just got some people to join us for this journey. You might be asleep, so try to text me back in the morning.

She then hit send and sighed, her cheeks becoming red. "Ethan. Would you mind if-" "You sleep with me?! No worries! My bed is all open to the both of us!" He said exitdly as he then moved out of her way and lead her to upstairs. Rubi shook her head and smiled. "I was going to ask if I sleep with Miki and you sleep with Riko."

"Oh... Sure. Whatever. Yeah. I'll sleep with him." He said as the excitement went down and he looked away. Rubi then petted his shoulder and giggled a bit. "I already have someone in mind. But I give you effort." Ethan then looked up at the stairs. "Miki! You're sleeping down here with Rubi!" Miki then came down the stairs and giggled, jumping the last four. "Okay! Riko-chan is fun to talk to!" She then kissed his cheek as he went upstairs to his room and saw that Riko had his sword on the bed and he was cleaning it with a tissue that he got. Riko looked up and saw Ethan as he giggled a bit and waved. "Hello! I'm Riko!" "I already know that. Let's just get to bed or whatever."

Miki got to sit on the couch with Rubi as she giggled and went behind her, starting to tie her hair into pigtails. "I'm make you look pretty!" Rubi giggled as she looked down at the ground and sighed a little bit. "Thank you. That's very nice of you. But I can't be a pretty as you." Miki's face became red as she saw Rubi going back to her menu and checking up on Craig. She looked over her shoulder and tilted her head in confusion. "Is that your boyfriend? He looks nice. Is he nice?"

"Yes... He's so nice. I wish I have a chance to take him out to a dinner. But that time will come..." Rubi said as she then looked back at Miki and petted her head. "Let's get to bed. It's late already."
