Something I didn't know

"Emily, I am Lily Oakwen." Emily couldn't believe what she had just heard. Her music teacher was a two time world champion who had won like everything.
"Can you um show me you're reel?" Emily asked.
"Yeah of course, I'll meet you in the ballet studio after school, if you wanted me to, I could help you with you're steps." She stood up looking at the clock.
"You..you would?! Thanks, thank you so much Miss. Oakwen.
"Of course, now you might want to get going." She laughed looking at the door where the whole next class was waiting to be let in.

I walked out of the room still trying to figure out what had just happened.
My teacher was a world champion and was going to help me with dancing. It had to be a dream.

Walking slowly into the library, I ran into Christopher, a boy who was year older than me.
"Hi Emily. " he looked at me
"Hey..." I said reading the cover of his book.
Emily kept walking and thinking about music, they were going to meet in the ballet studio after school. (Her school was one for the arts including ballet.) all that was left was PE and then it was a minutes walk to the studio.
She passed all of her friends on the way to her last class, it was an ok subject even with her really funny teacher who enjoyed trying to do a half birdie
"Alright girls and boys!" Mr. Corley yelled threw his mic.
"Today we shall do a branch on dance!" There was a chatter threw to class.
"I know we have a few world qualifier dancers, it's funny how I have the class with no ballet at a arts school. Emily O'Tarren, Cara Titus, and James Short!" He called out all of our names, slowly we stepped forward, this was going to be a fun gym class.
