The Road

*Persa's pov*

I shout at him yelling "Let me go you murder!" He swings me around to where I was facing him and cornered against a tree. I gulp looking up at him eyes wide and heart pounding like a scared rabbit. "Persa I'm not going to harm you. We are friends and I can't and I won't allow myself nor anyone else to hurt you."

Wanting to trust my long time friend again longing for game day Saturdays again to cheer me up but, I had to face it he my old friend was a, monster. I didn't want to face it but, sooner or later I have to so now would be the best. I swallow my fear and says lowly in a disappointing tone "We used to be friends, Kaden." I hear a low growl come from him as I say this. Shit, shit I shouldn't of pissed him off more than I already have fuck I'm so screwed. Leaning in his breath heaping on my neck as he whispers lowly and quietly but, seemed to have so much rage and anger it scared me even more when he was quiet.

" Persa no matter what you... Are mine....Friends" as if he was disgusted of us being friends. I clench my fist popping my knuckles. "The Hell Kaden!" I push him away and punches him but of courses he is unfazed by my weakling hit. "OWW damn it why do you " he chuckles softly which I always loved his laugh it'd normally make me smile but, I look down and says demandingly "Kaden what are you exactly?" he stiffens up and looks away from me.

"Persa I want you to know I had no choice in being what I am..." I yell tired of his procrastination "Damn it Kaden just answer my question!" he looks down at me walking up to me. Stopping inches from my face. I don't look up at him I just stare right into his chest. Moment I wish I wasn't short. "Im a vampire ,Persa" I look up at him slightly and stammers "Is that why I saw you feeding from that poor girl..." I step back as my heart pounds against my chest thinking of how this would play out. Kaden just says softly "I had to Persa or Id loose control around you and that would mean" he grows quiet slowly reaching for a loose strand of hair my hair mumbling

" And I couldnt bare the fact that I would harm you. You see Persa I've always had stronger feelings then just friends" I gulp and whacks his hand away not that I didn't love the feeling it gave me but, I couldn't trust him after he lied to me for so many years about his true self. "Kaden you know you could have told me years ago..." I mumble looking surprised he just on cue picks me up running off deeper into the woods. I gasp and squirms "Kaden put me down this instant!" ignoring me he continues to run for what seemed like an hour. But as he slowly stopped we were in front of a small cozy looking cabin.
