~~Jayden's POV~~

I leaned down and licked the tip of Connor's nose. His eyes shot open as my tongue made contact with his nose. He freaked out, not knowing who was licking him. He pushed me back and I fell on the hard ground. My head hitting it pretty hard as well.

Connor got up and ran over to me. I could already see Jc at my side. Connor knelt down beside me. He pulled me up on his lap and hugged me tight. "Are you okay?? " Connor said with concern in his eyes.

I nodded and leaned my head on his chest. My head was pounding. But I get headaches easily, so I wasn't worried. Jc helped me off of Connor's lap. But he insisted on helping me into the house, even if I didn't need it.

~~Connor's POV~~

I felt so bad for pushing her down. When I saw Jc rush over i knew this was going to be a competition for her heart. but i think i have an advantage. The way she leaned on me while i held her, it felt like she had feelings for me too. I watched as Jc helped her inside. This would be a hard win but i will be the Victor.

~~Jayden's POV~~

I walked in to the house, Jc on my arm still. "Jc, you can go. I'm fine. I'll come talk to you later." I said as Jc pulled me in for a hug and nodded.

I watched as jc walked out of the door and on to the porch. I watched him walk down the steps and to the other guys. I broke my gaze away from Jc and walked down to my bathroom to get some ibuprofen. After taking the three little pills and walking back up stairs, i saw Connor sitting on the couch. i walked over and sat down beside him. I set my hand on his knee and his head shot up. Apparently he didn't feel me sit down. "Hey, sorry to startle you like that." i said

I looked at his face and he looked as if he had been crying. "Connor, whats wrong?" I ask worried

"Nothing. " he mumbled

"You're crying something is wrong. Now, Connor, tell me what it is. You can tell me anything. I promise." i said hugging him reassuringly

~~Connor's POV~~

I looked it her beautiful green eyes. I nodded and was about to speak when, of all people, Jc walked though the door. Jayden looked at me with an apologetic look in her eyes. "Jayden?" I heard Jc say

"Yeah? " she said not looking up

"I need to ask you something. "

"Shoot." She said

"Alone." Jayden stood up and patted my shoulder

I followed Jc back into the game room at the far end of the house. I walked in after him as he closed the door. "So what do you need to ask me? " I ask confused
