Before you read, please go read the description, otherwise, you probably won't understand. This one shot idea came from April 23rd, Jesse Lee Soffer's actual birthday. Enjoy!

Erin's POV
"Alright we're heading out! Happy Birthday Jay!" Ruzek and Kim both shouted in unison. They were the the last to leave besides me.

"Erin you don't have to stay and clean up."

"Jay, we both know that if I don't, this will never be clean."

"Hey!!"

"Besides, I still have a gift to give you"

"What's that?"

"You'll see"

And with that, I grabbed the dishes, walked past him, and headed in to the kitchen. I could hear him following behind, obviously curious of what my gift is. "You know that feeling, when you give someone a gift that nobody else could give you?" I ask. He raised an eyebrow. I think I heard him mumble the word, yes, but I was too excited about giving him his gift to pay any attention to what he said. "So when do it get this gift?" He asked. I set the dishes down and turned to him. Wow, he was a lot closer than expected. "Guess what it is" I said, moving back a little. <C'mon Erin! Resist for a little longer!> I yelled in my mind.

"Um. Is it new sunglasses? Cause I need those."

"I'm pretty sure someone else could give you those."

"Then I have no idea."

That's the trigger. I walked toward him and look up at his eyes. So blue. So beautiful. "Erin?" He said in confusion. I smiled and leaned up and put my lips on his. At first he didn't give in but after a few seconds, he kissed back and put his hands on my waist. I put my arms around the back on his neck. I didn't want to stop but we had to break for air. "That might just be the best birthday present I've ever gotten" he chuckled. I smiled and went for another kiss.
