ERIC'S POV

I knew i shouldn't have told her, I knew i should have waited until she was ready! But i couldn't handle myself, when i saw Zach on her i lost it! He is going to be punished for what he did to my mate. Now your probably wondering what the hell is gong on here. Well the thing is Im the future alpha of the Shadow Night pack,the strongest pack in america. And i have been protecting my little angel for a very long time. 

The reason i have been protecting her for so long is because many people are after her. Cruel,vicious, and evil people. Its because shes the lost daughter of the alpha king.

Also your probably wondering why she didn't notice that I'm her mate is because Imo her true soul mate.Its because she isn't suppose to notice her true soul mate until she gets her first power. The royals have special powers, and it is said that hers will be the greatest of them all.

"alpha" a voice said

i looked up to see the doctor. "Yes" i replied eager to know how she's doing.

"nothing severe has happened, but Emma will need to be put on bed rest for a couple days" he said professionally.

"Can i go see her now?"

"yes"

I walked into the room to see her wide awake, i let out a breath that i didn't even know i was holding in.She look so beautiful like always, Even though she wasn't out for long i still was anxious to see those beautiful brown eyes. 

"What happened?" she asked "Why am i at the hospital?" 

"You don't remember anything?" i asked slowly

"Well i remember drinking a lot,then… oh my god!" she slowly remembered everything from yesterday. 

i just stood there not knowing what to say.

"how can it be possible! I cant have 2 mates! What the hell is going on Eric!"

I waited until she calmed down, to sit down next to her and hold her hand.

Right now she just laid on the bed, frozen in shock.

"I'll explain later but now you need to rest" i said

But being her stubborn self that i love so much, she said "No you are going to explain everything right now!"

I sighed, knowing i wouldn't win this one. 

"Ok, so you're actually the daughter of the alpha king, and when you were little there were some witches who kidnapped you from your crib. They set you in the woods, thinking maybe some wild animal would eat you up. But the Shadow Moon pack found you… and you know the rest" i said bitterly.

"That doesn't explain why i have two mates" she said quietly.

"Well its very rare to have 2 mates but its not impossible. Its said that it happened to a royal along time ago when she was rejected by her first mate, the goddess had been so enraged by this that she gave her another mate, but the bond was stronger"  

"So your my true soul mate" Emma asked

"yes" i replied slowly scared of what her reaction would be

"Then why didn't feel the bond yet"she asked curiously

" Its because you haven't gotten your powers yet" i said 

Out of nowhere a huge grin had appeared on her face.She leaped out of bed and hugged me.

"I know this sound weird and stupid, but i don't care about the other shit you were talking about i just care that your my mate! I have a mate who will love me! Your not rejecting me right?" she asked going from happy to worried drastically.

I growled at the thought "Never! You are mine!"
