Chapter 1:

"Get back in here Troy! You can't run away from every fight!", I scream. Hiiii my names Kennedy Minshall. I'm yelling at my boyfriend at the moment. I caught him cheating on me with some stupid blonde girl. Troy leaves my dorm and I call up my best friend Kylie Monroe. I'm in dire need of a girls night. Maybe we'll go to a club, maybe we'll wind up watching chick flicks and eating icecream. All I know is Kylie's going to cheer me right up!

She's at my dorm within seconds, her room is right across the hall. She comes over wearing pajamas. Yep we're going to a club tonight. Its only 1:00 pm! "Hey babe what's wrong", Kylie says. She always knows when I'm mad or upset. I tell her the whole Troy thing and she tells me not to worry about him, and gives me the whole there are other fish in the sea talk. "I know what will cheer you up! Let's go to that new club, La Sensation tonight!", Yet again she's reading my mind! "Yes please! We should start getting ready in like two hours! I have to do an essay by Tuesday, so I'm going to try and start that. See ya and about two hours", I say. With that she leaves my room. Im so excited for tonight I can't even function. I know I'm gonna have fun in more ways than one.
