Dear diary,
It's the last day of summer break!
I can't wait to see Daisy again tomorrow.
Daisy is like the only true friend i have since i moved here.
My mum is from London, like me and my stepfather is from Birmingham.
Because of him we had to move here in the first place.
The day we left, my mum just kept saying :"Change is good Zoey".
But for me it just felt like i lost my dad for good.
Nothing to remind me of him anymore.
I always used to go up to the attic where dad's stuff was, read through old letters and hold stuff i knew he loved, like his guitar.
He teached me how to play when i was only 6 years old.
I never stopped, till he past away.
But i guess i'm happy here now.
But mum never listens to me anymore, not since the accident.
It changed us.
It changed everything. It's still very hard to think back at that day.
And i still don't know who saved me from...dying.
But i know the accident was not my fault, at least that's what people keep telling me.But i should really stop thinking about it and go to sleep. School starts again tomorrow.
I am excited to see everyone again but i have a feeling that something will be different this time.
