Brenna's POV

I woke up in Jacobs arms I got up I had one missed call from the doctor I called back " hello" he said "hey" I said " I have terrible news" he said "what" I said "you need to come in on a checkup" he said "ok" I said I hung up and walked to the kitchen I grabbed me a sandwich and walked back to the living room Jacob was gone then I felt arms around my waist "hello" i said he didn't say anything he just took a bite of my sandwhich " hey!!" I said he started laughing " I need to go to the doctors for a checkup come with" I said " ok" he said

We arrived at the doctors

I walked to the back and he did a checkup he tested me twice and he came back " you have cancer and there is no way to cure it I say u have 3 months or maybe 2 months to live" he said I got up and walked out

Jacob looked broken I lifted his chin and kissed him " I love you" I said " I love you to" he said we went back home and cuddled and watched Netflix

1 month later

Brenna's POV

I have no hair I wear a hat Jacob has been by my side I'm in the hospital now and the machines are keeping alive for as long as they can

I held Jacobs hand and sat there " I love you" I said " I love you to baby girl" he said I kissed him and then took my last breath its done I'm gone forever
