That Night

Christmas Morning

 It was Christmas morning and I was getting yelled at by my mother because it was 10 in the morning and I still wasn't up and my grandma was down in the family room. I groaned as I turned over to see that my alarm clock only said 9:30. I decided that I would get up anyways even though my mom lied to me. I walked over to my closet to pick out some black skinny jeans and a black tee that in white letters said " Crazy Mofos " on it and threw them on. I walked across the hall and walked into the bathroom and brushed out my hair then brushed my teeth then after I was done I put on deodorant. Then walked out the bathroom and back in my room to grab my phone and shoved it in my back pocket and headed downstairs.

I walked downstairs to see my Grandma and my mom talking about stupid things. I looked over at the tree that was lit up with multi colored lights and ornaments. I looked under the tree where there was not a ton and not to little gifts just the right amount for the 3 of us. I went and sat by the tree where I normally sat at Christmas so I could hand my grandma and my mother there presents. 

I grabbed the first present and it was for me so I ripped it open and to my surprise it was a new phone I was so happy. I've been wanting a new phone forever and now I finally got one. I passed out some of my grandmas and mothers presents. I opened a few more of mine and before I knew it all the presents were gone. Now it was stocking time I looked inside to see 100 dollars  and a envelope. reached inside to grab both I set the 100 dollars to the side of me and held the envelope in my hands I slowly ripped it open. I separated it so see something I never expected to ever see it was ticket to One Direction! I started crying because I didn't think id ever see this day id get One Direction ticket. I wiped away the tears and pulled the ticket and a seating chart of the stage. I looked at the ticket to see what seat I was in and looked at the chart and I as in the very front right at the stage. I started to cry again I put the ticket and things down and ran and gave my mother a huge bear hug and thanked her for the ticket.

I walked back to where I put the ticket down and sat back down and I grabbed my phone from my back pocket and went onto a group chart on kik and sent a picture of the ticket to all my friends. I instantly got replies from them saying how happy they were and some saying how they were jealous of me getting a ticket that close to the stage. I decided that id tell them that I also got a new phone so id probably be getting a new number here soon. I clicked my phone off to spend the rest of the day with my mom and grandma.
