Hello everyone names courseair and I'm making a new story I re-did this one cause I chose a different path this time, so I decided to restart before I get to far ahead. 

February 18, 1947

Dear Diary 

it's strange to have a body I still haven't gotten used to the fact, along with the other "ship boys"  we still find it hard to believe. Well no point in dwelling on it I received my reconstruction recently and I like it, at least I'm not a just a bigger version of Bismarck anymore I know that's not a bad thing and I was never meant to be built anyway so they could have at least broken tradition a little but no matter. The fatherland has called, and I heard the cries for help, before I was just an idea now I have the chance to prove my worth I will be revealed along with H- 39,41,42, and 43, we will finally get names I'm actually really excited to have a name.

"H-44 it's nice to see you" said a young man

"H-39 it's good to see you as well how was your orientation" replied H-44

"the usual boring details about ships, supplies, our objective" said H-39

H-44 laughs

"well I'm glad your alright so how's your reconstruction" asked 44

" it went well now were not just bigger Bismarck's now me and my younger siblings are bigger & better versions of Scharnhorst " H-39 said with a slight smirk on his face

"well at least you two aren't basically the same this time" said 44

"too true" said 39

As both young men laugh they head for the docks for status on their hulls and if any issues have occurred with their reconstructions they aren't the only ones, all of the H-class have received a reconstructions the main reason is due to the design issues and flaws with Germany's earlier generation of battleships. The designers did away with the " turtle back " scheme and switched to the "all or nothing" scheme instead, they also deploy the latest in German AA & artillery arsenal along with multiple improvements in armor, damage control, radar, cost, quality, defenses, and etc. also they were downsized from their original specs for practicality.

"so H-39 are you excited"

"oh yeah bro"

"you know were technically not siblings right"

" well yeah but we all get lumped together a lot no big deal "

H-44 shrugs soon the two men arrive at the launch area they are first ships to be commissioned after WW2 by Germany although their home country lost there is still a lot of  tension between Britain and Germany. The British and German ship girls manage a " I don't bother you and you don't bother me" in the fight against the abyssals. The way the girls came back was interesting while the spirits of the ships came back in human form their equipment was actually the hull of the ships they represent also their hulls are not like a normal ships hull in the sense they can do things a normal ship can't do (i.e. heightened speed, mobility, acceleration, etc. )

The two men are currently standing about 30-40 feet from H-44's hull and it was magnificent 925 feet long and coming in a little over 73,000 tons it's an extreme sign of power.

"yeah it's kind weird knowing that's a part of me"

"don't worry you'll get used to it" 

Then one of the dock yard technicians walked up to them
