(Mom): kids, you're gonna be late for your first day of high school! I groaned dramatically, watching as a slumping figure pulls the curtains open, revealing the bright faraway killer known as the sun! (Mom): aria, you know it's gonna take forever getting Miriam out of bed. Please? I moved the pillow from my eyes barely enough for me to see her eyes. (Aradia): just tell her you've picked out her outfit again!
(Miriam): goddamn I'm up! Mom and I laughed as Miriam scurried into the bathroom. (Aradia): i am honestly surprised you even legit remembered our names this time. (Mom): and I thank you SO much for sixth grade buddies. I rolled out of bed, and moved my grudge hair from my face. (Aradia): so you remember accidentally calling Miriam 'arady?' We both rolled our eyes, mainly because I had just heard Miriam humming in the bathroom. (Aradia): twenty one pilots? (Miriam): yeah, car radio!
Mom sat on the bed next to and watched as dad popped his head in. (Dad): happy birthday, Arady! I blushed even though inside I was mentally cringing! (Aradia): thanks daddy. (Miriam): Ahem. (Mom): happy birthday to you two, miri! The bathroom door opened and spun around with her blonde hair half pinned, wearing that blue dress she wore at our last birthday party. Wow, she's a primadonna! I grabbed my clothes, which right now consisted on a black cardigan, a black mini skirt, a fedora, and a red pair of boots! What? Come at me bro! Anyways mom and dad headed down stairs, and I noticed dad helping mom more often than usual...maybe keep THAT In the back of my mind.
Right now, I'm hoping for the best experience possible for twins! Happy birthday, self. I guess.
